    Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schaltungsträger mit wenigstens einer elektrisch isolierenden Schicht und wenigstens einer elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht. Der Schaltungsträger weist wenigstens ein in der elektrisch isolierenden Schicht eingebettetes wärmeleitfähig ausgebildetes Wärmeleitelement auf. Das Wärmeleitelement ist ausgebildet, Verlustwärme quer zu einer flachen Erstreckung des Schaltungsträgers zu transportieren. Erfindungsgemäß weist das Wärmeleitelement wenigstens zwei jeweils durch einen Metallkörper gebildete Teilelemente auf. Das Wärmeleitelement weist eine elektrisch isolierend ausgebildete Verbindungsschicht auf, welche zwischen den Teilelementen angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, die Teilelemente einander elektrisch zu isolieren und miteinander wärmeleitfähig zu verbinden.

    Abstract: A mounting arrangement for a semiconductor component on a printed circuit board is disclosed. The printed circuit board is secured on a support and at least one through plated hole is arranged in the printed circuit board, in the area of the supporting surface of the semiconductor component, to form a heat-conducting connection between the semiconductor element and the support. In order to improve this mounting arrangement, so that even when the semiconductor component is heated up by a short heating pulse the resulting heat is safely carried away, a heat-conducting layer that acts as a heat sink is arranged between the printed circuit board and the semiconductor component, in the area of its supporting surface. The heat-conducting layer is secured on the printed circuit board by an electrically insulating connecting layer.
