Abstract:
Implantable apparatuses and method of implanting the apparatuses are disclosed that provide a person with a neopenis including a penile prosthetic (1050) implanted into a neophallus. The neopenis is situated anatomically in a position of that of a location for a penis of a natal male. The neopenis is suitable for penetrative intercourse.
Abstract:
A penile prosthesis demonstration tool (20) includes a male genital tool ()22 connected to an exterior of the housing (26). The housing has a first lateral side (56) and an opposing second lateral side (58), with the first lateral side and the second lateral side each formed to have a concave curvature. The male genital tool has a penis tool (28) attached to a scrotum tool (30). An inflatable penile implant (40) placed inside of the penis tool; a pump (P) placed inside of the scrotum tool and coupled to the inflatable penile implant; a reservoir (R) placed inside of the housing and coupled to the pump; and a lubricant placed inside of the scrotum tool. An entirety of the lubricant outside of the pump.

Abstract:
An artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) system that includes a clamp (100) and an inflatable device (102). The clamp is configured to be disposed on a urethra and includes a first portion (108) and a second portion (110) biased together to compress the urethra. The inflatable device is coupled between the first portion and the second portion of the clamp and configured to be inflated to separate the first portion from the second portion and unclamp or open the urethra.
Abstract:
An artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) system that includes a reservoir to hold a fluid, a cuff that includes a pre-shaped spiral tube to be wrapped around a urethra, and a control device to be fluidically coupled to the reservoir and the cuff. The control device regulates transfer of the fluid between the reservoir and the cuff. The cuff receives and dispatches the fluid to expand and contract the pre-shaped spiral tube and to coapt the urethra for continence and open the urethra for voiding.
