Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spark plug protection cylinder, easily mountable on a spark plug at an appropriate position and easily detachable from the spark plug.SOLUTION: A protection cylinder 1 for a spark plug 6 of an internal combustion engine, including a center electrode 2, an electric porcelain 3 for insulation, an attachment metal fitting 4 having an attachment screw 41 formed on the outer circumference surface and a grounding electrode 5, is detachably disposed on the outer circumference of the attachment screw 41. On the base end side of the attachment screw 41, the attachment metal fitting 4 includes a flange 42 having a large diameter than the attachment screw 41. The protection cylinder 1 includes: a main body cylinder 11 having an inner diameter larger than and including the diameter of the attachment screw 41, and smaller than the diameter of the flange 42; a large-diameter cylinder 12 having an inner diameter larger than and including the diameter of the flange 42; and a step portion 13 formed between the large-diameter cylinder 12 and the main body cylinder 11.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burden evaluating method and a device therefor capable of making a work form for minimizing fatigue by quantitatively determining a fatigue degree of a waist part and a leg part in standing posture work. SOLUTION: The burden evaluating method for the standing posture work numerically expresses the fatigue degree of the waist part and the leg part in the standing posture work on the basis of a restraint rate of work time of respective work processes, the total time in accordance with work, and walking number in accordance with the work, and quantitatively determines a burden to the waist part and the leg part of the various work processes by utilizing this numeric value, and makes the work form for minimizing this burden. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce defective difference in level by making a flow pattern of induction current flowing in a metal strip. SOLUTION: A bent part 34 is formed to the part at the side of both butt faces 111, 112 of a coil wire 31 o a high frequency heating coil 3. By viewing the side of both butt face 111, 112, the bent part 34 is made projecting in the forwarding side of a metal strip 1 and is bent roughly symmetrical to the axial line of the metal strip bent cylindrical shape. This method prevents the induction current from concentrating to both butt faces 111, 112 so as to suppress softening of both butt faces. Accordingly, deformation of both butt faces is suppressed, defective difference in level is reduced.
