Abstract: The invention relates to a cover ( 200,300,400,500,600 ) for an electronic device ( 100 ), which electronic device comprises a substrate ( 110 ) and at least two electronic components ( 120,130 ), one of which generates an electromagnetic field around itself, where the cover has a first main surface ( 210 ) that faces towards the electronic device, comprises a material that conducts current, and is designed and arranged in such a way in relation to the electronic components that a cooling medium can pass from the first ( 120 ) to the second ( 130 ) electronic component. The invention is characterized in that, by virtue of its shape and its material content, the cover has been given an increased ability to absorb at least part of the electromagnetic field that is generated by at least one of the electronic components. Part of the increased absorbing ability has been achieved by the first main surface of the cover having a shape that minimizes the number of parallel surfaces between the electronic device and the first main surface. The cover can suitably have a number of conical protrusions protruding in the direction towards the electronic components ( 120,130 ).

Abstract: The invention provides an arrangement for use in an antenna array for transmitting and receiving at at least one frequency in at least two polarizations, comprising at least two antenna elements (210-208), where each antenna element is intended for one of the two polarizations, the antenna elements being arranged on a feeding structure (100, 320, 420) which conducts electrical signals to and from the antenna elements (201-208). The invention is characterized in that the feeding structure (100, 320, 420) comprises a number of waveguides (101) dimensioned for the said at least one frequency, in that the different waveguides are used for feeding the antenna elements (201-208) intended for different polarization, and in that the waveguides (101) are completely or partially filled with a material, the dielectric constant of which is higher than that of air, whereby an antenna array with small or negligible grating lobes can be obtained.The antenna elements (201-208) and the feeding structure (100, 320) are suitably arranged each on a separate plate (200, 310, 410) and in the feeding plate (100, 320, 420), a number of continuous recesses (101) are arranged which are constructed to operate as waveguides at the said at least one frequency.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for utilizing the available bandwidth in a wireless communication system that comprises a first (ANB) and a second (C/D) communication device intended to transmit information to each other, where each device (A/B; C/D) simultaneously can transmit on a first frequency and receive on a second frequency. Based on the need of the respective devices to transmit information within a particular interval of time, the said interval of time is divided up into a number of sub-intervals, the first device simultaneously transmitting on both the first and the second frequencies within a number of the said sub-intervals, and the second device simultaneously receiving on both the first and the second frequencies during these sub-intervals. The invention also relates to devices and modules intended to be incorporated in such a system.

Abstract: An antenna arrangement for multi frequency band operation makes it possible to reduce the number of antennae on a base station antenna mast. Abstract: A device for antennas, in particular dual-polarized microwave antennas with single-polarized patches, for which antennas reduced cross-polarization and reduced cross-coupling can be achieved without impairing the bandwidth of the antenna or increasing the occurrence of grating lobes. A modification of the traditionally rectangular geometry of the single-polarized patches is carried out. The modification is symmetrical in relation to the plane in which the linear-polarized signal lies for the respective patch. The modification involves the patches narrowing towards the ends along the respective polarization axis in such a manner that side edges which face side edges of adjacent patches are formed. In this way, the coupling between adjacent patches and also the cross-polarization in the respective patch are reduced.
