Disclosed herein are a method for producing a liposome which is capable of reducing the facility costs and also capable of rapid desolvation, and an apparatus for producing a liposome which is for use in the above-mentioned method. Provided is a method for producing a liposome, including a stirring step of stirring a mixed liquid containing an oil phase in which at least one lipid is dissolved in an organic solvent and a water phase, and an evaporating step of evaporating an organic solvent from the mixed liquid, in which the condensed organic solvent is removed by passing a gas having a temperature not higher than the dew point of the solvent in the evaporating step.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover and dry filter aid after filtration in a filter aid type filtration system. SOLUTION: The filter aid is dispersed in raw material dope and filtered through a first or second filter. The filter aid is accumulated on a filter medium support body in a filter, and the raw material dope is filtered using the filter medium comprising the filter medium support body and an accumulated layer. When the filtering pressure is increased, a plurality of the filters are switched over, and cleaning liquid is run into the used filter for cleaning. Slurry 90 obtained by cleaning is sent to a separator 87 and separated into residue 90a and solution 90b. Dry air 97 is sent to the separator 87 after separation to dry the residue 90a and to evaporate a solvent. When the solvent gas concentration in the dry air 97 reaches a certain value or less, the drying is stopped and the residue 90a is taken out of a strainer 95. Drying of the residue 90a in the strainer 95 in the separator 87 causes no splashing of the solvent, has no adverse affect on the environment, allowing efficient recovery of the solvent. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover residue such as impurities, etc. left in filtering material by filtering without opening and closing no filtering device. SOLUTION: A raw material dope 15 containing a polymer 16, a solvent 17, and an additive 18 is sent to a filtering device 20 in a filtering unit 11. The filtering device 20 provides the filtering material in which a deposit layer by a filtering assistant in its interior. Impurities in the raw material dope 15 is adsorbed and recovered by this deposit layer. After filtering, a suitable amount of washing liquid is suitably sent from a washing liquid tank 65 to the filtering device 20 as the need arises. After the washing liquid is filled in the filtering device 20, it is agitated by an agitating rod attached to the filtering device 20, the residue including the impurities and the filtering assistant on the filtering material is dispersed in the washing liquid to a slurry liquid 24. The slurry liquid 24 is sent to a separating device 28 through a recovery tank 26. In the separating device 29, the slurry liquid 24 is supplied into a strainer, and the slurry liquid 24 is separated into the residue 29 and solution content 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution film forming method preventing the oxidation and corrosion of a slide part and enhancing production quality. SOLUTION: A polymer is dissolved in a solvent containing dichloromethane to prepare a raw material dope 30, and hydrochloric acid and chlorine ions are formed in the raw material dope 30 containing chloromethane. A pump 68 feeds the raw material dope 30 to an in-line mixer 50. The pump 68 is equipped with a case, a gear and a slide part such as a shaft or the like. The in-line mixer 50 is equipped with a case and a slide part such as an element or the like and these slide parts are formed of stainless steel containing 17 wt.% or below of Cr, 19 wt.% or below of Ni and 3 wt.% or below Mo and are subjected to carburizing treatment. Since the slide parts have high abrasion resistance, the lowering of the corrosion resistance of the slide parts due to abrasion at the time of operation of a film forming line is suppressed.
