A printing method by which a label, etc., can be printed excellently on the surface of a material to be printed, such as the synthetic resin plate of an optical disk, etc., by electrophotography. At the time of printing the label, etc., on the surface to be printed, in order that a charged toner on the transferring medium is transferred onto the material to be printed, an electrode connected to a power unit is brought into contact with the material at the position close to transferred the toner on the medium. Then, electric charge is supplied through the electrode. Prior to the transfer of the toner, in addition, the electric resistance of the surface to be printed is adjusted to OMEGA .

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure molding machine for solid powder which is capable of efficiently avoiding the generation of air reservoir inside a solid powder by pressure molding a mixture while facilitating removal of the air mixed into the inside. SOLUTION: The pressure molding machine for solid powder for pressure molding the mixture 11 containing a powder and a binder to obtain the solid powder has a molding recessed portion 13 to which the mixture 11 is fed, and an upper pestle 14 provided on the upper part of the portion 13 to pressurize and compress the mixture 11 which is fed. A pressurizing portion 20 of the pestle 14 is made of a porous material 15, and the material 15 is formed by integrating two or more portions 15a, 15b having different porosities in a lateral direction Y perpendicular to an axial direction X of the pestle 14. Further, in the materials 15a, 15b, lower portions 15a', 15b' which gets into contact with the mixture 11 at the time of being pressurized and compressed have small porosities and upper portions 15a", 15b" have large porosities. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid powdery cosmetic having high shape retainability and good feeling after applied without the need of significantly altering conventional production equipment therefor. SOLUTION: This method for producing a solid powdery cosmetic comprises the following process: a mixture of powder and oil is sieved using an ultrasonic vibratory sieve 100-800 μm in mesh size and the resultant mixture passed through the sieve is subjected to pressure molding to a specified shape.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transfer performance and fixing performance in the case of printing a label on an optical disk by an electrophotographic system. SOLUTION: A carrying table 51 in a transfer process is made different from a carrying table 52 in a fixing process. In the carrying fable for transfer 51, a disk holding part is constituted of an elastic body (low hardness rubber 68), and a transfer belt 15 and a transfer roll 19 are constituted of a rigid body. Then, the carrying table for fixing 52 is constituted of the rigid body, and the surfaces of heat rolls for fixing 31 and 32 are constituted of the elastic body (low hardness rubber).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity when a substrate main body is processed by specifying a concentricity and a roundness of the carbon substrate main body before the surface is processed. SOLUTION: After a carbon substrate main body 1A is backed, surface- processing and chamfering are carried out thereby the produce the magnetic disk carbon substrate (GC substrate) 1 of 1.8-inch outer diameter. The concentricity of the substrate main body 1A after the baking and carbonization before the surface-processing is 300μm or smaller and, a roundness thereof is not larger than 300μm. Accordingly, a time required for the chamfering of the substrate main body 1A becomes short, thereby, productivity is improved. Moreover, a flatness of the substrate main body 1A before the surface-processing after the backing and carbonization is not larger than 50μm, and the thickness irregularity in one substrate main body 1A is not larger than 50μm. It is hence eliminated to add an extra grind margin to improve the flatness in a lapping process or grind with a small grinding pressure. The process time is shortened and the productivity is improved.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the solid powdery cosmetic by housing the mixture 11 containing the powdery material with the oil agent in the compression-formed state in the container 12 comprises a drying process for drying the mixture 11 housed in the container 12. The drying process is performed through a drying flow flowing in horizontal direction X along an upper opening surface 17 of the container 12. A drying device 10 consists of a drying chamber 14 installed with a shelf part 13 for arranging a plurality of the containers 12 housing the mixture 11 in horizontal direction, a drying flow-generating device 15 joined at the one side of the drying chamber 14 and a drying flow-discharging port 16 installed at the other side of the drying chamber 14. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic compact case which can effectively avoid the cracking or falling off of a cosmetic material contained in a cosmetic holder inside, even when it is given an external shock. SOLUTION: This cosmetic compact case 10, consisting of a receiver body 11 and a lid 12 which is hinged at the edge 25 of the receiver body 11, has the cosmetic holder 14 containing the cosmetic material 13 fitted to a concave part 15 in the receiver body 11. It is also provided with a cushion plate member 19 so as to fill the gap 18 between the inner surface of the lid 12 and the upper surface of the cosmetic holder 14 or the upper surface of the cosmetic material 13 while the lid is closed. The cushion plate member 19 is attached to the back side of a division sheet 17 placed between a mirror 16 installed inside of the lid 12 and the upper surface of the receiver body 11. The cushion plate member 19 fills the inside of an upper end opening above the concave part 15 to stop up the gap 18 in an elastically compressed state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a solid powder cosmetic which is soft and smooth, possesses a high void fraction and homogeneous soft voids, can be easily used, gives excellent feeling on use, shows fine shape retention, forms hardly crevice or crack and further is capable of forming minute uneven patterns on the surface. SOLUTION: This solid powder cosmetic is obtained by preparing a mixed solution between a film-forming polymer and a hydrous volatile solvent followed by mixing the mixed solution with a powder to obtain a mixture containing the hydrous volatile solvent in a proportion of 5-40 wt.% based on the whole weight of the composition, pressing the mixture and drying it.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wrap film storage body in which various wrap films, particularly wrap films of high stretchability, can be cut easily and safety is secured at the time of handling. SOLUTION: In the constitution of a wrap film storage body 1 for cutting by a cutter 7 provided on a cover 5 covering an opening 4, the end face of a cutting blade of the cutter 7 is not sharp, and the cutter 7 is provided slidably along the cutting direction of a wrap film 2 on the cover 5, and one side of a storage case 3 as a back-up member 10 and the drawn-out wrap film 2 for cutting while the dull blade is pressed to a back-up member 10 and slid thereon.
