Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic capable of efficiently improving a flabby skin in a short time and not causing problems such as skin irritation, etc., by including an astringent agent and a blood circulation promoter. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains (A) an astringent agent and (B) a blood circulation promoter. Preferably fucus, ginseng, peach kernel, Anthemis nobilis, Ginkgo biloda or their extracts are used as the component A and tocopherol nicotinate, linden essence or horse chestnut essence as the component B. The formulated amount of the component A is 1-5 wt.% in the cosmetic and that of the component B is 0.01-3 wt.%. Preferably the addition of granule increases a massaging effect and improves a bettering effect on a flabby skin. Preferably the simultaneous addition of an oil agent for producing the skin with a glossy feeling, a bleaching agent for improving stain, etc., and a sebum secretion inhibitor improves a bettering effect on a flabby skin. Isotridecyl isononanoate or the like is preferable as the oil and kojic acid or the like as a bleaching agent.
