    Abstract: Methods for easily achieving valuable cosmetic effects through massage even by ordinary people which comprise massaging the skin along the arterial blood flow and then along the venous blood flow, or applying onto the skin surface a cosmetic containing disintegrable particles followed by massage, when the pulse, skin vessels, skin temperature or skin blood flows are not at rest but in a n accelerated state. Further, the methods comprise, in the process of washing the skin with a cleanser or a detergent followed by the application of a skin-care cosmetic, massaging the skin with the use of a massaging cosmetic containing disintegrable particles after washing with the cleanser or the detergent and before the application of the skin-care cosmetic. These methods contribute to the performance of effective skin care.
