    Abstract: A process for producing a polyurethane foam comprising reacting a polyol component with an isocyanate component in the presence of a catalyst comprising a compound represented by the formula (I): wherein p is an integer of 4 to 8, and a compound having a primary amino group and a tertiary amino group in its molecule, a blowing agent and a surfactant. The polyurethane foam obtained by the process of the present invention can be suitably used for heat insulating materials for construction materials, electric refrigerators, refrigerated warehouses, baths and the like, interior materials for automobiles, and the like.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst composition for manufacturing a polyurethane which is highly reactive, remaining liquid without solidifying at a low temperature and excellent in handling properties by effectively utilizing 1,2- dimethylimidazole having a high catalytic activity.     Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain the adhesive having excellent strength, flexibility and impact resistance, and tremendous workability by comprising an organic polyisocyanate component and a specific polyol component. CONSTITUTION: The object adhesive is composed of (A) an organic polyisocyanate component (e.g. an aromatic-based, an aliphatic-based or an alicyclic-based polyisocyanate having >=2 isocyanate groups, a mixture of their 22 kinds or their modified polyisocyanate) and (B) a polyol component obtained by using at least one kind or tertiary aminoalcohol expressed by the formula (R) is a 2-24C linear or branched alkylene or alicyclic alkylene, etc.; R2 is a 1-9C linear or branched alkyl or aralkyl; R3 is R1 OH; (n) is average polymerization degree, as a positive number of 2-50). Preferably, the tertiary aminoalcohol contained in the component B is 3-40wt.% and more preferably 10-20wt.%.
