Abstract: PURPOSE: An MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) broadcasting service receiving system and a method thereof are provided to receive an MBMS by a unicast bearer using synchronization information which is the same as a multicast bearer according to wireless quality or performance of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: When a selected broadcast service is not transmitted to a first bearer, a transmission channel setting unit(130) sets a second bearer by a transmission channel. When the selected broadcast service is transmitted to both the first bearer and the second bearer, the transmission channel setting unit sets the first bearer about a portion of the selected broadcast service as a transmission channel. The transmission channel setting unit sets the second bearer about the other portions of the selected broadcast service as a transmission channel. A broadcast service receiving unit(140) receives an MBMS broadcast service which is selected according to the setup transmission channel.
