Disclosed are a method and device for reducing channel-changing delay, in which base-layer data in time-sliced format is transmitted with each burst, and the base-layer data of the channel being switched to is output during channel changing.

PURPOSE: A node synchronization and data transmission control method on MBSFN(Multimedia Broadcast multicast Single Frequency Network) is provided to synchronize a node through a control message between an MCE(Multi-Cell/Multicast Coordinate Entity) and an eNB(Evolved Node Bs). CONSTITUTION: A node is synchronized as an SFN(Subframe Number) value in an MBSFN area(S201-S203). The eNB and a UE transmit initial base time to the eNB and the UE for data traffic process. An MCE confirms scheduling starting time of the eNB to a BM-SC for session starting.

PURPOSE: An MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) broadcasting service receiving system and a method thereof are provided to receive an MBMS by a unicast bearer using synchronization information which is the same as a multicast bearer according to wireless quality or performance of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: When a selected broadcast service is not transmitted to a first bearer, a transmission channel setting unit(130) sets a second bearer by a transmission channel. When the selected broadcast service is transmitted to both the first bearer and the second bearer, the transmission channel setting unit sets the first bearer about a portion of the selected broadcast service as a transmission channel. The transmission channel setting unit sets the second bearer about the other portions of the selected broadcast service as a transmission channel. A broadcast service receiving unit(140) receives an MBMS broadcast service which is selected according to the setup transmission channel.
