Abstract: PURPOSE:To get rid of the occurrence of cross talk discharge caused by a dent on a top face of a dielectric patition wall, by installing a double sided area covering two anodes adjoining to the dielectric partition wall installed between an anode and a cathode and a central area coming into contact with a flat plate. CONSTITUTION:Slender, plural dielectric partition walls 6 installed between an anode 2 and a cathode 4 along the anode has a double sides area covering each of side edges 2a and 2b of two adjacent anodes and a central area coming into contact with a translucent flat plate 1 in the width direction. And, they are slightly separated from the cathode 4. Since being constituted like this there is almost nothing such a possibility that a surface of the cathode 4 is smudged of degenerated in a manufacturing process. In addition, the occurrence of such cross talk caused by what irregularity is produced on each surface of these dielectric aprtition walls 6 can be checked.
