    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for a refrigerator interior temperature, by using a temperature detector for indicating the refrigerator interior temperature as a substitute for a refrigerator interior temperature detector for controlling the refrigerator interior temperature, when the refrigerator interior temperature detector is broken. SOLUTION: When the abnormality of a refrigerator interior temperature detector 19 for temperature control is detected by an abnormality detection means 42, the computation of eliminating a heat mass from the temperature data that is detected by a temperature indicating temperature detector 32 with the heat mass is carried out by a refrigerator interior temperature computing means 37. Based on the computed data by the refrigerator interior temperature computing means 37, a compressor 28 is operated or stopped, thus compensating for the refrigerator interior temperature even in the case of the failure of the temperature detector for controlling the refrigerator interior temperature 19, so as to remove the influence on the food stored in the refrigerator.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a cooling efficiency due to air circulation on the way of cooling by setting a quick cooling waiting state to quickly cool when a temperature in a freezing chamber is high at the time of turning on a power source in a refrigerator in which an air circulation blower is continuously operated at a high speed at the time of quick cooling by providing a quick cooling zone in a lower part therein. SOLUTION: Whether a quick cooling switch 40 is closed or not is decided. In case of YES, a temperature detecting means 34 in a freezing chamber 18 detects a temperature in the chamber 18 by a temperature sensor in the chamber 18. Then, a temperature deciding means 35 in the chamber 18 judges whether the temperature is higher or lower than a set temperature. If the temperature is higher than the set temperature, quick cooling is waited until the temperature becomes lower than the set temperature. Thus, at the time of turning on a power source immediately after the refrigerator is installed or at the time of no cooling of the air due to opening of the chamber 18 for a long time, if an air circulating blower 27 is rotated at a high speed by a quick cooling operation, it prevents circulation of the air not cooled in the refrigerator.

CONSTITUTION: This apparatus has an internal storage temperature detecting means 13 and a means 21 for computing the degree of drop in internal storage temperature. When the degree of drop in the internal storage temperature is small, a blower 7 for a compressor is rotated at a high speed by a blower rotating means 22 for the compressor.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the better operating condition of a motor by eliminating a problem that the operating condition of a load becomes unstable when a voltage applied to the load is changed with a switch in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: When it is required to change the speed of the motor 25, the rotating speed of motor 25 is varied up to an intermediate speed which is the suitable rotating speed for changing the application voltage to a power module 24 for the load, and the voltage is changed after changing the rotating speed. Thereafter, rotating speed of motor is varied up to the target rotating speed. As a result, shortage of lubrication oil of the motor 25 can be avoided and low noise operation of motor can also be realized.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a DC power supply and reduce the cost for the power supply by avoiding the simultaneous operation of a refrigerant control valve and a refrigerating chamber side fan, in a refrigerator provided with an evaporator and a fan for a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber respectively while a refrigerant control valve, controlling the supply or the stopping of the supply of refrigerant, is provided at the side of the refrigerating chamber. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is provided with a refrigerating chamber side cooler 5, a freezing chamber side evaporator 6, a refrigerant control valve 7, a refrigerating chamber side fan 8, a refrigerating chamber side fan control means 9, a refrigerating chamber side temperature comparing means 16 and a refrigerant control valve- controlling means 22. When a refrigerating chamber temperature has become lower than a set temperature, the refrigerating chamber side fan is stopped and, thereafter, the refrigerant control valve is closed. When the refrigerating chamber temperature has become higher then the set temperature, the refrigerant control valve is opened and, thereafter, the refrigerating chamber side fan is operated. Accordingly, the refrigerant control valve will not be operated simultaneously with the operation of the refrigerating chamber side fan whereby a DC power supply can be miniaturized and a cost for the power supply can be reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective defrosting and efficient cooling in a refrigerator having a respectively independent refrigerating room and a freezing room. SOLUTION: On the side of a refrigerating room are provided a refrigerating room side evaporator 5, a refrigerating room side defrosting heater 7, and a refrigerating room side defrosting control means 11, on the side of a freezing room are also provided a freezing room side evaporator 6, a freezing room side defrosting heater 8, and a freezing room side defrosting control means 14 so as to basically control defrosting of the refrigerating room and the freezing room respectively independently, and there are further provided a refrigerant control valve 17 and a refrigerant valve opening time integrating means 21. Though the refrigerant control valve 17 and the refrigerant valve opening time integrating means 21, a defrosting timing is controlled on the side of the freezing room in particular where frost is easily attached. Therefore, the refrigerating room and the freezing room are efficiently defrosted respectively independently, defrosting of the refrigerating room side evaporator used highly frequently becomes stable, and executed efficiently.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a compressor at low speed of rotation and stabilize uniformly the temperature of a refrigerating chamber when the temperature of a freezing chamber is not higher than a setting value and the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is not lower than a setting value in a controller for a refrigerator having evaporators and blowers respectively for the freezing chamber and for the refrigerating chamber. SOLUTION: When the temperature of a freezing chamber detected by a temperature detecting means 17 of a freezing chamber side is not higher than a setting value and the temperature of a refrigerating chamber detected by a temperature detecting means 22 of a refrigerating chamber side is not lower than a setting value, a blower 7 provided in the refrigerating chamber is operated to set a compressor 10 to a low speed rotation by a compressor rotating means 27 and drive the compressor by a compressor driving means 28. Thus, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber can be uniformly stabilized.
