Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the acquisition of in-vivo fluorescence imaging from a fabric using an acquisition system that includes at least one optical fibre exciting the fabric by scanning light beam. According to the invention, the system is used to detect fluorescence signals emitted by the Methylene Blue present in the fabric.
