    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or sheet which comprises a propylenic elastomer and is excellent in heat resistance, impact absorbability, transparency, heat sealability, and blocking resistance.
    SOLUTION: This film or sheet comprises a propylenic elastomer having the following characteristics (a), (b), (c) and (d). (a) The propylenic elastomer comprises 50 to 95 mol.% of propylene units and 5 to 50 mol.% of ethylene units.     Abstract: The present invention is intended to provide a polar group-containing olefin copolymer having excellent adhesion properties to metals or polar resins and excellent compatibility therewith, a thermoplastic resin composition containing the copolymer, and uses thereof.
