    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two pack curable solvent-free adhesive that, when used in a composite film, keeps the appearance and the adhesion strength unchanged after subjected to high-temperature sterilization followed by a severe storage condition and has a reasonable pot life and an excellent acid resistance.
    SOLUTION: The polyisocyanate component includes a diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting a diisocyanate containing an aromatic diisocyanate with a diol containing a macrodiol. The polyol component includes a diol having an average number of functional groups in excess of 2 and containing a macrodiol, and a crosslinkable polyol having not less than 3 of secondary or tertiary hydroxyl groups, and/or includes a urethane-modified polyol in which the diol and the crosslinkable polyol are urethane-modified. The polyisocyanate component has partially acid-modified terminals so as to show an acid value of more than 20 and not more than 40.
