PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating adhesive excellent in resistance to a high polar solvent, alkali resistance and adhesive strength between a film and an adhesive layer.SOLUTION: The laminating adhesive includes a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component. The polyol component includes a polyurethane polyol obtained by reacting an allophanate group containing polyisocyanate and a polymer of a diene monomer having a hydroxyl group at a molecular terminal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent for laminate having excellent initial adhesive strength and durability and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: An adhesive agent for laminate contains a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component, the polyol component contains monool obtained by the reaction between polyol having a polycarbonate skeleton and polyol having a carbonate skeleton, and monoisocyanate.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two component curable solvent-free adhesive supply device in which the temperature of a polyisocyanate component can be readily controlled.SOLUTION: In a supply device 1, a two component curable solvent-free adhesive L is prepared by mixing a polyisocyanate component containing a polyisocyanate and not containing a solvent with a polyol component containing a polyol and not containing a solvent, and the adhesive L is supplied to a solvent-free laminator 20. The supply device 1 includes a mixing unit 4 for mixing the polyisocyanate component and the polyol component, a polyisocyanate tank 5 for storing the polyisocyanate component, a polyisocyanate supply line 6 connected to the polyisocyanate tank 5 and the mixing unit 4, and a heater 7 for heating the polyisocyanate supply line 6.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two pack curable solvent-free adhesive that, when used in a composite film, keeps the appearance and the adhesion strength unchanged after subjected to high-temperature sterilization followed by a severe storage condition and has a reasonable pot life and an excellent acid resistance. SOLUTION: The polyisocyanate component includes a diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting a diisocyanate containing an aromatic diisocyanate with a diol containing a macrodiol. The polyol component includes a diol having an average number of functional groups in excess of 2 and containing a macrodiol, and a crosslinkable polyol having not less than 3 of secondary or tertiary hydroxyl groups, and/or includes a urethane-modified polyol in which the diol and the crosslinkable polyol are urethane-modified.
