    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the effect of playing similar to a full band or a full orchestra by using a sound recording medium on which playing sound by plural instruments is sound recorded respectively to each independent sound recording region, and synthesizing electrical signals from a signal pickup device and a microphone interrupting a prescribed electrical signal among electrical signals from the signal pickup device and inputting playing sound of a prescribed musical instrument or voice. CONSTITUTION:The playing sound of piano, base, guitar, trumpet and drum is sound recorded respectively on tracks 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of a magnetic tape 10. For example, in case of a piano live performance, a microphone 50 is placed in front of a piano, a switch 31 is turned off, other switches 32-35 are turned on and a start switch is turned on, then the magnetic tape 10 starts running and the playing sound of each musical instrument except the piano is sounded from a speaker 70. When a pianist plays the piano in accompanying with the playing sound, a piano live performance is attained in accompanyment with the base, guitar, trumpet and drum sound.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the rationalization of a calibrating method and the improvement of analysis precision by obtaining a detection-amount line of excellent linearity by adding polyoxyethylene alkyl ether as a synergist to an inspection test solution using bromophenol blue. CONSTITUTION:To an albumin inspecting test solution of 2-4 in pH containing bromophenol blue BPB preferably to 20-30ppm, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether POEAE is added within a recommendable range of 300-1000ppm. The most effective OPEAE is higher alphatic alcohol, esp. lauryl alcohol with ethylene oxide added to 8-15. Consequently, the blank test value of the test solution decreases by the hypsochromic effect of POEAE to BPB and at the same time, the detection amount line becomes nearly linear to simplify calibration by a few kinds of standard solutions, so that a test solution can be obtained which is of advantage to the application to an automatic analyzer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize an aqueous solution of enzyme for the determination of glucose, without lowering the enzymatic activity, by adding a lower alcohol. CONSTITUTION:An aquious solution of enzyme, containing 50-500 mg/dl of glucose oxidase and/or 5-50 mg/dl of catalase, is stabilized by adding 3-30 wt%, pref. 10-20 wt% of a 1-5C alcohol, especially isopropyl alcohol.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove a small amount of impurities, e.g. acrolein, from crude liquid acrylonitrile almost completely, by treatment of the crude liquid acrylonitrile with a specific porous ion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION:Liquid acrylonitrile is treated with a porous ion exchange resin having primary or secondary amine exchange groups [example; Diaion WA20, Amberite IR45, (trade names)] to purify acrylonitrile. EFFECT:A raw material of a high molecular weight, water-soluble polyacrylamide containing little insoluble component and free from acrolein, and useful as an excellent polymer coagulant.
