Abstract: PURPOSE:To measure the fine displacement of a surface to be measured with a high accuracy and in non-contacting manner by a method in which the period of double Moir e signal originated by focusing the lattice pattern of equal pitches provided on the surface of an object to be measured on the light receiving face of a solid image pickup element is measured. CONSTITUTION:White-black lattice pattern 1 of equal pitches is provided on the surface of an object 10 to be measured, and its image 11 is focused on the light receiving face of a sensor 12 by an optical system 2. Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the preprocessing adapted for the purpose, by making the picture signal binary and by counting data of the picture pattern in accordance with the purpose. CONSTITUTION:Solar image 11 projected on the CCD image sensor is divided into faces 12, 13, 14 and 15 having 64X64 constitution. Data 0, 1, 2 and 3 are written into memories corresponding to thse divided faces. Therefore, when the sensor scans the region of face 12, memory outut 6 becomes 0, and data which passed through binary circuit 7 is led to the 0th counter of counter group 9 by multiplexer 8. Consequently, numbers proportional to areas of solar image 11 projected onto respective divided faces are counted by counters corresponding to respective divided faces. If the direction of picture converting device 1 is so determined by a computer that these divided areas are equal to one another, this direction becomes the center of the sun, and tracking is possible.

CONSTITUTION:To an image developing member available for 2-dimensional development with 1/2 of number of vertical transfer CCD112 with respect to a number of photoelectric conversion elements combining odd and even fields, the No.1 means available for simultaneous transfer of charges accumulated in each photoelectric conversion elements of both fields to the vertical transfer CCD112, the No.2 means for transfer of charge from the vertical transfer CCD112 to the horizontal transfer CCD113 and for (n) time [(n): integer larger than 1] charge accumulations to the horizontal transfer CCD113 and then No.3 means for resetting a charge transfer from the horizontal transfer CCD113 to a read-out circuit 114 once per (m) times [(m): integer larger than 1] are installed, and number of vertical image elements are compressed to 1/2n and that of horizontal ones to 1/m.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a flexible combination of the optical system and a sensor by inserting an optical fiber bundled in an array and an auxiliary optical system between an image forming surface of the optical system and a sensor for photoelectric convertion of the intensity of illumination in the radiation on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A light receiving surface 19 corresponding to a sensor contained in a light receiving surface 18 of a ribbon fiber 17 is so arranged on an image forming surface 3 of an optical system 2 that the lateral direction of the light receiving surface 19 is at the right angle to the direction of the camera advances. A new optical system 23 permits light emitting surfaces 22A and 22B corresponding to a sensor contained in individual light emitting surfaces 21 of the ribbon fiber 17 to form images these new objects, namely an image of the light emitting surface 22A corresponding to a sensor on the right in the drawing on a photoelectric conversion unit 26 of a sensor 24 on the left and an image of the light emitting surface 22B corresponding to a sensor on the left on a photoelectric conversion unit 27 of a sensor 25 on the right.

CONSTITUTION:An output of a clock generator 12 is supplied to terminals (a), (b) of a chonge-over switch 24 directly and through 1/n divider 25 clock pulses are delivered to horizontal drive circuit 15, horizontal computer 14 and timing generator 23 and an output of a pre-amplifier 19 is applied to the (t) input terminal of an analog-comparator 26 and an output of a threshold value generating level setter 27 to the (-) input terminal respectively. Further, outputsf of 22, 17, 18, 28 of A/D convertor 21, horizontal vertical pulse counters 14, 16 and comparator 26 are supplied to an input member 291 consisting of calculation processing member (CPU)292, No.1 and No.2 memory members 293, 294 respectively.
