PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a granular catalyst for hydrogenating an organic nitro compound which is easy of handling and its simple production method having good reproducibility. SOLUTION: The catalyst for hydrogenating an organic nitro compound which is constituted of a granular composite inorganic ion exchanger obtained by synthesizing a heteropolyacid compound (HPA) expressed by the formula: (X)3PMo12O40.nH2O (wherein, X is a replaceable cation; (n) is the number of moles) and carrying it in the pores of a porous inorganic carrier and its production method are provided.

An object of the present invention is to provide a water vapor barrier film having good flexibility, good moisture resistance, and high mechanical strength. A further object of the present invention is to provide a dispersion for water vapor barrier films which is intended to be used to produce the water vapor barrier film, a method for producing the water vapor barrier film, a solar cell back sheet incorporating the water vapor barrier film, and a solar cell incorporating the water vapor barrier film or the solar cell back sheet. The present invention provided a water vapor barrier film containing: phyllosilicate mineral; and a synthetic resin, wherein the phyllosilicate mineral includes a non-swelling clay mineral and a swelling clay mineral, the phyllosilicate mineral is present in an amount of not less than 30% by weight and not more than 90% by weight of the total weight of the water vapor barrier film, and the water vapor barrier film has a water vapor permeability, measured at 40°C and 90%RH, of not more than 0.5 g/m 2 ·day.

A purpose of the present invention is to provide a non-combustible film which has excellent flexibility, excellent moisture resistance and high mechanical strength. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide: a dispersion liquid for non-combustible films, which is used for the production of the non-combustible film; a method for producing a non-combustible film, which uses the dispersion liquid for non-combustible films; and a solar cell back sheet and a flexible board, each of which uses the non-combustible film. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar cell which uses the solar cell back sheet. The present invention is a non-combustible film, which contains a water-insoluble inorganic compound and a heat-resistant synthetic resin, and wherein the content of the water-insoluble inorganic compound is 30-90% by weight (inclusive) relative to the total weight of the non-combustible film. The non-combustible film belongs to combustibility class VTM-0 as determined by a VTM test in accordance with UL-94 standard.
