Abstract: PURPOSE: To constantly discharge flavor for every smoke by operating an article under the controlled temperature by sending electric energy from an electric energy source to an electric heater, to which a flavor generating medium is contacted, under the controlled conditions. CONSTITUTION: An article 10 for feeding out an inhalation enabled flavor- containing material to a consumer has following configuration. Namely, this article is provided with plural predetermined fillings 111 of flavor generating media, (plural) electric heating means 110 for individually heating these respective plural fillings 111, electric energy source 121 for supplying power to this electric heating means 110, and control means 122 for applying the electric energy 121 to the electric heating means 110 in order to heat one at least but not all the plural fillings 111 for any arbitrary one period and when the respective fillings 111 are heated, they feed out the predetermined amount of flavor containing materials to the consumer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a cigarette sending a flavored tobacco response to a smoker with heat generated by an electric heater by providing a tobacco flavoring material inside of a cylindrical carrier forming a cavity between the tips and heating an outer surface by the electric heater. An overlapping paper 69 is wound onto the outside to allow the carrier and the tobacco flavored material to cross a current toward in the cavity at the time of heating by the electric heater. Abstract: PURPOSE: To display an internal thermal state in the length direction of non- burnable smoking tool by providing a pattern material of thermal display substance causing visual change in a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION: A heat display objects 16 are printed as a series of small points, and they are printed on from an end 14 of a smoking tool 10 along the length. When the smoking tool 10 is ignited or initially heated by the other way, the end 14 is most hot and gradually cooled down to a filter 12. Like this way, the smoker is noticed that the smoking tool is still hot, i.e., still actuating.
