Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal synchronous acquisition in one-to-one spread spectrum communication. SOLUTION: A method for transmitting, receiving and processing one to one communication signal without a base station or a network element, and a mobile station are provided. A mobile station for transmission can switch two or at least three long code masks for generating one or at least two pseudo noise (PN) codes for spreading data for transmission. Methods and mobile stations for transmitting, receiving and processing peer-to-peer communication signals without a base station or network element. A transmitting mobile station may alternate two or more long code masks to generate one or more pseudorandom noise (PN) codes to spread data for transmission. A receiving mobile station receives the spread data and achieves synchronization with the transmitting mobile station.

Metodos y sistemas para estimar y cancelar la interferencia piloto en un sistema de comunicacion inalambrica (por ejemplo CDMA); en un metodo, una senal recibida compuesta de un numero de casos de senal, cada uno incluyendo un piloto, es inicialmente procesada para proveer muestras de datos; cada interferencia piloto del caso de senal puede ser estimada mediante el desensanchamiento. de las muestras de datos con una secuencia de ensanchamiento para el caso de senal, la canalizacion de los datos desensanchados para proveer simbolos piloto, la filtracion de los simbolos piloto para estimar la respuesta de canal del caso de senal, y la multiplicacion de la respuesta de canal estimada con la secuencia de ensanchamiento; los estimados de interferencia piloto a causa de una pluralidad de multiples trayectorias en interferencia se acumulan para derivar la interferencia piloto total, la cual es sustraida de las muestras de datos para proveer muestras de datos de piloto cancelado; estas muestras de datos son procesadas para derivar datos desmodulados para cada una de por lo menos un caso de senal (deseado) en la senal recibida.

A method is provided comprising generating data samples of received signals; demodulating the data samples to provide recovered symbols; deinterleaving the recovered symbols; decoding the recovered symbols to recover decoded data bits transmitted by an access terminal; encoding, interleaving and modulating the decoded data bits to form samples from the access terminal; and removing or cancelling a contribution of the access terminal from the data samples. Corresponding electronic hardware, software module and storage medium are also provided.
