    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure are generally directed to techniques for selecting a configuration for communication using vehicle to everything (V2X) type communication protocol. Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication by a user-equipment (UE). The method generally includes determining one or more parameters corresponding to quality of service (QoS) information for communication of data using a V2X communication protocol, reporting the one or more parameters by transmitting a first message, receiving a second message indicating configuration information corresponding to the communication of the data using the V2X communication protocol, and communication the data based on the configuration information.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) data sharing. The sensor data collected from each vehicle may be divided into common information and detailed information. The common information is broadcasted to every other nearby vehicle. Based on the received common information other vehicles may express interest in some particular detailed information. Unicast and/or multicast sessions may be set up to share the detailed information with the interested vehicles.

    Abstract: A method, computer-readable medium, and apparatus operate to reduce or eliminate interference with one or more other communication systems having specific transmission requirements within a specific geographic area. For example, aspects operate by determining that a user equipment (UE) is in a protection zone where additional transmission requirements apply. The additional transmission requirements enable coexistence with one or more other communication systems in the protection zone. The UE may identify, based on being in the protection zone and a coexistence mode, one or more transmit emission limit requirements to be met. The UE may identify, based on being in the protection zone and the coexistence mode, one or more maximum transmit power requirements to be met.
