    Abstract: A microfluidic system, including: a container, an ultrasound transmitter assembly, and a phononic crystal plate. The container is configured to accommodate a solution containing microparticles. The ultrasound transmitter assembly is configured to transmit ultrasonic waves to the phononic crystal plate, where the ultrasonic waves have a frequency which is the same as a resonance frequency of the phononic crystal plate. The phononic crystal plate is placed in the solution, and configured to generate a local acoustic field on a surface of the phononic crystal plate under excitation of the ultrasonic waves, and induce an acoustic microstreaming vortex to generate an acoustic streaming shear stress on the microparticles. The phononic crystal plate defines therein cavities, the respective cavities are arranged periodically in the phononic crystal plate, and all the respective cavities are filled with gas.

    Abstract: The present application provides an ultrasonic wake-up system. The system includes an ultrasonic imaging device, an ultrasound stimulation device, and an ultrasound stimulation effect evaluation device, and acquires an ultrasonic image of a target object through the ultrasonic imaging device, transmits an ultrasound to the target object based on the ultrasonic image through the ultrasound stimulation device, and adjusts the transmitted ultrasound required through the ultrasound stimulation effect evaluation device. Therefore, peripheral nerves are accurately stimulated, an uplink reticular wake-up system is activated, so as to wake up patients with disorders of consciousness.

    Abstract: A biological sample sorting method, a surface acoustic wave microfluidic chip, a system, a terminal, and a storage medium are disclosed. The method includes: injecting a mixed solution containing biological samples into a surface acoustic wave microfluidic chip, and applying a first sinusoidal signal thereto forming a standing wave sound field therein to aggregate the biological samples; collecting images of the aggregated biological samples; performing moving target identification and tracking on the images of the biological samples using a deep learning model, performing cluster analysis and classification on a tracked moving target to obtain a target sample, and generating a delay enabling signal of the target sample according to a moving speed of the target sample; and applying a second sinusoidal signal to the surface acoustic wave microfluidic chip according to the delay enable signal to move the target sample thus sorting out the target sample.

    Abstract: A microfluidic chip (100), an apparatus, a system, and a control and preparation method therefor.     Abstract: Provided is a conscious animal ultrasonic neural regulation device, including a pulse signal generation module, a transducer module and a fixing module. The pulse signal generation module is configured to generate a pulse signal with high energy. The ultrasonic transducer module is configured to convert the pulse signal into an ultrasound. The fixing module includes an upper fixing module and a lower fixing module. The upper fixing module is configured to fix the ultrasonic transducer module, and the lower fixing module is configured to be fixed on an animal neural regulation target point.
