PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a remote controller to control an adjuster which adjusts a signal only by selecting a signal. SOLUTION: A monitor selector 21 supplies the number of a selected channel to an AV remote controller 31. The AV remote controller 31 generates a predetermined control signal on the basis of a set adjustment item, its adjustment value and the number of the channel supplied from the monitor selector 21 and outputs the generated control signal to a processor control network system (PCNS) control device 32 via a PCNS bus 30. The PCNS control device 32 stores the control signal from the AV remote controller 31, reads the signal in a predetermined cycle and outputs it to the PCNS bus 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal-name displaying system whose flexibility is so improved as to realize displaying of a signal name in a different language and displaying signal names in multiple languages. SOLUTION: In the respective network areas of a mother S-BUS 11 and a daughter S-BUS 12, there are provided terminals PC1, PC2 which set respectively the signal names of the input/output signals of a routing switcher 9 by the languages used for the displays thereof, and the managements of the signal names are performed in the respective network areas independently of each other, and further, there are provided mother and daughter primary stations 2, 6 wherein the other control contents of the respective network areas are performed in common with each other.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a video supply system the costs of which can be reduced by simplifying constitution for displaying KANJI (Chinese character). SOLUTION: The display device 34 has a latch 3402, a KANJI ROM 3404, a driving part 3406, and a display unit 3408 incorporated integrally in a single case 3410. The KANJI ROM 3404 inputs a KANJI code latched by the latch 3402 and outputs font data corresponding to the code. The driving part 3406 is so constituted as to drive each of LED's 3412 of a display unit 3408 according to the font data inputted from the KANJI ROM 3404. Each of the display devices 34 can display characters as many as display devices 34 by being arranged linearly on a printed board and connected.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit adjustment of a program. SOLUTION: In a step S21, the adjustment button of an AV remote controller CP is selected, a volume button is operated and whether or not an adjustment condition is set is judged. In the case that it is not set, the step S22 is advanced and whether or not an adjustment inhibition button is operated is judged. In the case of judging that the adjustment inhibition button is operated, the step S23 is advanced and control signals composed of the address of an AV adjustment device corresponding to a selected channel, the ID of the AV remote controller and a condition for inhibiting the control of the AV adjustment device are generated. In the step S24, the generated control signals are outputted to a PCNS controller. The control signals for which a control inhibition setting condition to the AC adjustment device is set outputted to the PCNS controller 32 are supplied to all the AV remote controllers by the PCNS controller and stored there.

SOLUTION: The platform such as a community is provided in a WWW information providing space. An information provider releases the contents and applications to the end user by installing pavilions on the community. An authorizing and issuing organization with common sense examines and judges contents provided for application according to fixed policy and standard and allows authorized contents to be accessed. The authorizing and issuing organization limits active access by the end user to information source to maintain service quality and grade.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform respectively different display in the case that an adjustment value is equal to an initial value and in the case that it is not equal. SOLUTION: Whether or not an adjustment condition is set is judged in a step S1, and in the case that the adjustment condition is set, a step S2 is advanced and the adjustment value is extracted from the set adjustment condition. In the step S3, the initial value of the adjustment item of the adjustment condition set in the step S1 is read from a flash ROM. Whether or not the extracted adjustment value and the read initial value are equal is judged in the step S4, and in the case of judging that the adjustment value and the initial value are equal, the step S5 is advanced and processing for lighting an adjustment button green is executed. In the case of judging that the adjustment value and the initial value are different in the step S4, the step S6 is advanced and the processing for lighting the adjustment button orange is executed.

SOLUTION: A contents provider server 12 distributes contents data to a user terminal 13, which transmits evaluation as to the contents as evaluation data to the contents provider server 12. The contents provider server 12 accumulates those evaluation data and transmits finally accumulated evaluation data to a platform server 11. The platform server 11 determines the value of the contents by multiplying the total of use charges gathered from respective user terminals 13 by the rates of evaluation data by contents to the total of evaluation data sent from all contents providers. SOLUTION: When the number of a channel P is supplied from a monitor selector 21, an AV remote controller CP 31A is operated and the adjustment condition is set, the AV remote controller 31 generates control signals composed of the address of the memory area of a PCNS controller 32 for storing the control data of an AV adjustment device 33 corresponding to the received number of the channel P, the ID of the AV remote controller 31-1 and the adjustment condition and outputs them to the PCNS controller 32. The PCNS controller 32 receives the control signals, stores them in the set address and outputs them to a PCNS bus 30. The AV adjustment device 33-i adjusts the program of the channel P based on the control signals.
