Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce danger of passing through an unpredictable track without generating a difference between a robot track for debugging and that for main operation by executing repeating operation in accordance with a specific command instruction. CONSTITUTION:A calculated positional information string is stored in a track calculation value memory 1 (1104-1). At the time of completing the positional information string relating to single operation, a reading control part 1 (1105-1) successively reads out track information in each unit time in accordance with a reading command read out from a time/information managing part (1106) in each unit time. Since a reading control part 2 (1105-2) is not driven, an output from the control part 1 (1105-1) becomes the output of a vector synthesizing part (1107) and the output is transferred to a servo unit (1108) to finally control a robot body (1109). Thus the same operation of the robot based upon the same program can be guaranteed independently of its operation speed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent generation of noise due to vibration of guide rails and a ball screw by providing a nut unit, screwed to the ball screw, turnably about a shaft vertical with respect to two directions of a moving direction of a moved member and an arranged direction of the two guide rails. CONSTITUTION:In a work table moving mechanism 1, a ball screw 3 is screwed to a thread hole 13a of a nut unit 13 supported to a work table 4. Since distortion, even when it is generated in a relative position relating to guide rails 2, 2 of the ball screw 3, is absorbed so that an axial direction of the thread hole 13a of the nut unit 13 is placed along the axial direction of the ball screw 3 by rotating a nut bracket 7 in a part of a rotary shaft 9 relating to the work table 4, generation of force, which is a cause of vibration of the ball screw 3 or the like, can be suppressed. Prevention of vibration is more displayed by making absorption possible of also distortion in a vertical direction of the ball screw 3 when the nut bracket 7 is made movable in a vertical direction relating to the work table 4 by removing clip rings 17, 17.
