Abstract: An assembling device for supplying and assembling a part on an object has a table and a first moving portion disposed above the table, where the first moving portion includes a guide and a movable body. The guide extends in a first direction parallel to a surface of the table out of a range in which the table is positioned. The movable body is movable to a position out of the range in which the table is positioned. The assembling device also has a second moving portion disposed on the table and movable in a second direction transverse to the first direction, the object being mounted on the second moving portion.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a stepping motor in the way fitted to its characteristics. SOLUTION: Three commands are set in a microcomputer 1; a pulse command for controlling the angle of rotation of stepping motors 8-1 and 8-2, a current command for controlling the motor current to be caused to flow in the stepping motors 8-1 and 8-2 and a rotating vector command for controlling a rotating vector generated by the motor current of each phase to be caused to flow in the stepping motors 8-1 and 8-2. Then, in each of stepping motor control circuits 2-1 and 2-2, a motor current is fed to each of the stepping motors 8-1 and 8-2 in accordance with these pulse, current and rotating vector commands.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To tighten a screw more easily and precisely by dividing a screw tightening process into a plurality of modes setting the rotational frequency and maximum torque is every mode and controlling the voltage of a drive motor on the basis of parameters. CONSTITUTION:In a program processing section 11, the combination of torque for tightening a screw (maximum torque) and rotational frequency is parameter set previously and a plurality of parameters are sent sequentially to a driver control section 12 according to the screw tightening condition. The driver control section 12 sets a PWM control voltage signal S3 from a difference in the rotational frequencies based on the rotational frequency specified by the inputted parameter and the rotational frequency S2 detected by an encoder 16 to send the signal S3 to a drive motor M1. Then, before and after a screw reaches a predetermine position where it is screwed in a threadingly engaging object by a predetermine amount, voltage is controlled by first and second modes having a division of controlling the rotational speed of the motor and a division of controlling constant voltage set respectively and differing from each other.
