Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can obtain a synthesis video signal that does not cause synchronous disturbance without the sudden and large rise of cost in the device by providing a synchronous addition circuit and supplying a synchronizing signal from a synchronizing generator to the synchronous addition circuit. SOLUTION: Signals Y1 and C1 constituting a reproduced color video signal is transmitted to a circuit 1. When the signals Y1 and C1 are variable speed reproduced luminance signals, chroma signals C1 are collected to a memory, and the synchronizing signal is added to a signal in a picture unit or it is exchanged. The signals Y1 and C1 from the circuit 1 are supplied to a decoder 2 and are converted into blue and red color difference signals (R1-Y1) and (B1-Y1). Signals Y2 and C2 from a circuit 12P in a deck 12 are transmitted to a decoder 4 and are converted into blue and red color difference signals (R2-Y2) and (B2-Y2). The signals from the decoders 2 and 3 are transmitted to a circuit 4 and one screen is constituted by two pictures. Signals Y3 and SS are transmitted to a circuit 5 and the synchronizing signal SS for the signal Y3 is added.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control fully automatically and to eliminate fear of generating human errors and the like. SOLUTION: An FG(frequency generator) 4 is provided in a capstan 2 for moving a magnetic tape 1 and a capstan motor 3. The positive and negative outputs of this FG 4 are supplied to a comparator 6 through an amplifier 5, and compared with a voltage level (a), with waveform shaping performed. In addition, with a shaped pulse signal supplied to a micro computer 7 for servo processing, a driving signal formed by this micro computer 7 is supplied to the capstan motor 3 through a driving circuit 8. Further, the arbitrary voltage level (a) formed by the micro computer 7 is supplied to the comparator 6 through a low-pass filter 9. As a result, waveform shaping is performed for the output signal from the FG 4 by this comparator 6 and also, the duty ratio of this shaped pulse signal is adjusted by arbitrarily controlling the voltage level (a) by the micro computer 7.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the reproduction of a video tape recorder VTR in a correct mode even at occurrence of an automatic switching error by attaining the automatic switch between the stereo and bilingual modes and adding a manual switch mode having the preference to the automatic switch mode. CONSTITUTION:The level of a vertical blanking period of an FM signal SE has no correct change or this change if occurs can not be correctly detected even though the voice signals J and E are recorded in a bilingual mode. Under such conditions, a stereo mode can be switched to the mode Bm to secure the correct reproduction just with push of a key 9M even though a detection circuit 41 judges the mode Bm as a stereo mode. Furthermore a prescribed mode is automatically switched based on the detection outputs SD and SX of the circuit 41 at start of the reproduction. Thus it is just required to push the key 9M only when the mode Bm is not correctly reproduced. In addition, the circuit 81 - 84 can be obtained with software and the key 9M can serve as another key. In such a constitution, a correct mode is reproduced with a simple operation without increasing the cost nor the number of operation keys.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To save labor for adding correction information from an external part to tape jitter and to simplify the adjustment and configuration of a servo circuit for suppressing the jitter of a rotary drum by adding the information for correcting the required jitter to a specified pulse with the various kinds of drum servo pulse width. CONSTITUTION:Pickup coils 10C and 10D detect an FG pulse DFG and a rota tional phase signal DFG of a frequency generator (FG) synchronously with one time rotation of a rotary drum 10, and the signals are supplied to a digital servo circuit 11 of a microcomputer. During one time rotation of the drum 1, a servo pulse DSP composed of the plural pulses is outputted from a drum servo pulse output part 16 of the circuit 11, and feedback control is exerted upon a drum motor 25. Then, the jitter of the drum 10 is suppressed. The infor mation for correcting the jitter caused by the extension of a tape to be read out from a memory 19 is superimposed and added to the specified position of this pulse DSP. Thus, it is not necessary to add the correction information in respect to the tape jitter from the external part, and the adjustment and configuration of the servo circuit can be simplified.
