SOLUTION: In the motor-operated apparatus 1, a driving means 4 drives a motor 5 with power supplied from a power supply means 2 equipped with a chargeable secondary battery, and a control means 3 monitors, manages and controls the driving means 4 and the whole equipment. A power supply means 7 for a portable device which can connect a portable device 10 and supplies the power supplied from the power supply means 2 to the portable device 10, and an interface means 16 for a portable device which transfers information to and from the connected portable device 10 are installed in the motor-operated apparatus 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a battery unit compact without being bothered by the size of electric wires and the curvature of wiring and to arrange the wires of whole batteries at the shortest length. SOLUTION: Multiple batteries 4 are arranged on even vertical stages so that the positive electrodes and negative electrodes adjoining on the same plane are alternately set horizontally and vertically. The batteries 4 are divided into two groups on the right and left, the batteries 4 on the left side are horizontally installed with the battery terminals 4a faced to the left, and the batteries 4 on the right side are horizontally installed with the battery terminals 4a faced to the right. The whole batteries 4 are connected in series to an output connector 41 by wirings 50 connecting the positive electrodes and negative electrodes between adjacent batteries 4 in the longitudinal direction for each group, wirings 51 connecting the positive electrodes and negative electrodes between adjacent batteries 4 in the lateral direction for each group, wirings 52 connecting the positive electrodes and negative electrodes between adjacent batteries 4 in the lateral direction across both groups, and wiring 53 connecting the positive electrodes and negative electrodes between adjacent batteries 4 in the vertical direction. Bus bars are used for the wirings 51, 52 of the batteries 4.

In this case, the circuit 3 with on-off function includes at least a main switcher 31 and an auxiliary switcher 32 for ensuring that the area between the terminals of the circuit with the on/off function becomes non-conductive in series connection, and a sub-load 71 is connected to a terminal at a side where the battery of the main switcher 3 is not connected via switches 61 and 62 for sub-load.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the leveling of the load of a main power supply by controlling the main power supply or a secondary power supply so as to charge the secondary power supply with the differential current between the current required for a load device and the current required for the weighted moving average value and the load device. SOLUTION: The detection of a load current I of a power supply device 2 is sequentially performed by a current detector 11. The detected value is sent into an average operating part 11a. The average operating part 11a computes the weighted moving average value, in which the closer the detected value to the present time, the larger the weighting. The load current I of the power supply 1 is converted into load power P and the load current Ib of a main power supply 11 is converted into the load power Pb, respectively, so that the the weighted moving average value becomes the load current Ib of the main power supply. When, the load power P is less than the load power Pb, the main power supply 11 is controlled so as to charge the secondary power supply 12 by the difference between the load power P and the load power Pb. Thus, the leveling of the load of the main power supply 11 can be performed efficiently.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and inexpensively test a condition where plural set batteries are connected in series to each other by supplying a reference value of a limiting electric current value to a current limiter to limit an electric current flowing to the set batteries. SOLUTION: Plural set batteries 5a to 5d are respectively and separately connected between source drains of FETs 4a to 4d. Outputs of servo amplifiers 3a to 3d are supplied to gates of the FETs 4a to 4d. An electric current flowing between the source drains of the FETs 4a to 4d is a load unit being respective load currents of the set batteries 5a to 5d. Outputs of isolation amplifiers 2a to 2d of amplifiers 1a to 1d are supplied to inputs of the amplifiers 3a to 3d. The amplifiers 1a to 1d convert load current values detected by current sensors 6a to 6d into voltage signals, and supply them to the amplifiers 3a to 3d. The amplifiers 2a to 2d supply output voltage indication indicated by a CPU 11 to the amplifiers 3a to 3d through a D/A converter 12. The amplifiers 3a to 3d control a load current flowing to the FETs 4a to 4d so that these two voltage values become equal to each other.
