Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winding bobbin, a yarn package, a yarn end processing method and a device of this yarn package for surely performing cutting removing processing of a bunch winding. SOLUTION: In this yarn winding bobbin 1, one bobbin end part is provided with a yarn end gripping slit groove 2 extending in the circumferential direction of an outer peripheral surface, and the other bobbin end part is provided with an identification mark 3 having a specific phase difference in the circumferential direction with the slit groove 2. In this yarn package, a winding yarn layer 1a is formed on the yarn winding bobbin 1, and these yarn end processing method and device of the yarn package cut and remove the bunch winding 1b by installing the yarn winding bobbin 1 on a chucking shaft 12.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for manufacturing a yarn package capable of forming a tail bunch with the desired number of turns and preventing troubles such as the failure to obtain the yarn length needed for a yarn terminating process, the unreeling of the tail bunch formed at the end of the bobbin, which may occur if the tail bunch hangs down from a winding bobbin, and the failure to perform a smooth yarn terminating process because of entanglement of the yarn in a conveying truck or a yarn terminating process device. SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing a yarn package includes a yarn winding means for winding a yarn around a bobbin; a tail bunch forming means which regulates traversing-in of the yarn wound around the bobbin; and a means for controlling the tail bunch, which is formed when the yarn is shifted from a full bobbin to another empty bobbin, to the desired number of turns, starting from the time when the yarn is captured in a slit or a yarn capturing part.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure yarn having the desired rewinding length by cutting a tail bunch winding part of a yarn package, and sucking the tail bunch winding part by allowing an untying/loosening preventive member of rewinding yarn to abut to an end surface of a bobbin from the axial direction of the bobbin. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device of a yarn package is provided with a bunch cutter 7 as a means for cutting a tail bunch winding 1 being unnecessary yarn of a winding yarn body 3, and is provided with a removing means 21 for sucking/capturing the yarn end on the side connected to at least the winding yarn body 3 among two yarn ends of the tail bunch winding 1 generated by cutting. Such constitution can untie/loosen and pull out the desired length of the tail bunch winding 1 or a transfer tail 2 remaining in an end part of a bobbin 4 without being untied and loosened. That is, yarn having the desired rewinding length can be easily secured, and tail processing can be automatically performed at a high success rate.
