Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winding method capable of securing sufficient tail thread length and forming a bobbin package for facilitating a removing operation of a tail winding part, and the bobbin package using the method. SOLUTION: In this yarn winding method, a yarn-exchanged yarn moderately moves to a winding region in a bobbin central part, forming the tail winding part smoothly or dividedly wound around between a yarn grabbing groove and a yarn winding layer. This bobbin package has a bobbin winding layer in the central region of a bobbin, and the tail winding part with 3 to 10 mm of width smoothly or dividedly wound around between the yarn winding layer and the yarn grabbing provided at the end of the bobbin.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for manufacturing a yarn package capable of forming a tail bunch with the desired number of turns and preventing troubles such as the failure to obtain the yarn length needed for a yarn terminating process, the unreeling of the tail bunch formed at the end of the bobbin, which may occur if the tail bunch hangs down from a winding bobbin, and the failure to perform a smooth yarn terminating process because of entanglement of the yarn in a conveying truck or a yarn terminating process device. SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing a yarn package includes a yarn winding means for winding a yarn around a bobbin; a tail bunch forming means which regulates traversing-in of the yarn wound around the bobbin; and a means for controlling the tail bunch, which is formed when the yarn is shifted from a full bobbin to another empty bobbin, to the desired number of turns, starting from the time when the yarn is captured in a slit or a yarn capturing part.
