Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide graphene in a form that renders the graphene highly dispersible and enables the graphene to retain high electroconductivity and ionic conductivity when used as a raw material for producing electrode materials. The present invention is a graphene dispersion which includes graphene dispersed in a solvent including 50 mass% or more N-methylpyrrolidone. When this graphene dispersion is diluted with N-methylpyrrolidone to a graphene content by weight of 0.000013, the dilution has a weight absorptivity coefficient, as measured at a wavelength of 270 nm and calculated using the following equation (1), of 25,000-200,000 cm-1. Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a graphene which has high dispersibility, high electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance, namely a graphene which has high electrochemical stability. As for the method for forming the insulating film on the surface of titanium black particles, for example, a method to treat the titanium black in an ethylalcohol solution of silicon teraethoxide can be used.

A titanate nitride having an X-ray intensity ratio R shown by the equation R=I3/[I3+1.8×(I1+1.8×I2)] of >=0.24 when the maximum diffraction intensity is I1 in the case of diffraction angle 2θof the titanate nitride by CuKα line as an X-ray source of 25 deg. to 26 deg., the maximum diffraction line intensity is I2 in the case of 27 deg. to 28 deg. and the maximum diffraction line intensity is I3 in the case of 36 deg. to 38 deg. is used as the component A. The primary particle diameter of the component A is preferably =1010 Ω.cm electric resistance and >=3 optical concentration based on 1 μm film thickness.

Thus, the color filter with the fixed spacer excellent in productivity can be realized in the same number of photolithographic stages as the usual color filter wherein no fixed spacer is used.
