    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the realization of a composition suitable for emission analysis highly stable with high emission performance by arranging a composition composing a three-dimensional structure hydrophilic compound having a void inside and a chemical luminescence intensifier as selected from luminol, isoluminol and a derivative thereof. CONSTITUTION:A hydrophilic compound 2 has a proper void 1 inside a three- dimensional structure and encloses other compounds therein. alpha, beta or gammacyclodexitrine, 18-crown-6,15-crown-5, paracyclophane and the like are utilized preferably. A chemical luminescence intensifier is provided to enhance the quantity of light in an emission reaction of luminol, isoluminol and a derivative thereof. 2-hydroxy-9-fluorenone, 2-phenyl-6-hydroxybenzoxazol. N,N,N',N'- tetramethylbenzine and the like are utilized preferably. A composition can be produced by mixing the hydrophilic compound and the chemical luminescence intensifier in water and heating the mixture as required.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To readily obtain a compound useful as a synthetic raw material for medicines, such as beta-blockers, by optically resolving an (RS)-1-methyl-3- phenylpropylamine through diastereomeric salts using a specific resolving agent. CONSTITUTION:An (RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine is brought into contact with optically active cis-1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid monoanilide used as a resolving agent in a solvent, such as ethyl acetate. The resultant solution is then cooled and/or concentrated to crystallize a sparingly soluble diastereomeric salt. A readily soluble diastereomeric salt is similarly deposited from the residual mother liquor. The respective diastereomeric salts are then separated to afford the objective substance. The resolving agent can be reutilized by treating the diastereomeric salts with an acid or alkali.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To optically resolve (RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine through a diastereomer salt by using N-(alpha-methylbenzyl)phthalamidic acid as a resolving agent. CONSTITUTION:1mol (RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine is brought into contact with 0.1-2.0mol (S)-(-)-N-(alpha-methylbenzyl)phthalamidine or (S)-(+)-N-(2- methylbenzyl)phthalamidine in a solvent (e.g. ethyl acetate or hexane). Then the reaction solution is cooled and/or concentrated and a slightly soluble diastereomer salt is crystallized and separated. A readily soluble diastereomer salt is obtained from the mother liquor. (RS)-1-Methyl-3-phenylpropylamine is optically resolved by taking advantage of difference in solubility of two kinds of diastereomer salts to give the aimed substance. The aimed substance is useful as a synthetic raw material for drugs such as beta-blocker agent.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simply subject (RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine to optical resolution through a diastereomer salt in high optical purity and good yield using optically active di-toluoyl tartaric acid or dibenzoyl tartaric acid as a resolution agent. CONSTITUTION:(RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine is optically resolved by using an optically active ditoluoyl tartaric acid or dibenzoyl tartaric acid as a resolution agent and producing two kind of diastereomers of the above-mentioned resolution agent and (RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine and then utilizing the difference of solubility of the resultant diastereomers to provide the optically active 1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine useful as a raw material for medicine such as beta-blocker in extremely simple method, good yield and high optical purity. Furthermore, the above-mentioned resolution agent can be readily recovered and reused by treating the above-mentioned diastereomer salts with an acid or alkali.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform coated film not only on the internal and external surface of a tubular article having a side hole, but also on the side hole wall surface as well without clogging the side hole by a method wherein the inside of the tubular article having the side hole is placed under a negative pressure, to make a coating liquid flow in, and then, the inside of the tubular article is placed under a positive pressure to make the coating liquid inside flow out to the outside.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent anti-thrombogenic property, and prevent the occurrence of discoloration of a constant quality, particularly, a coating film by fixing an anticoagulant up to a depth not less than a specific value from a coating film surface, and setting a film thickness to which the anticoagulant is fixed within a range of a specific value. SOLUTION: An anticoagulant is fixed up to a depth not less than 45% from a coating film surface of a copolymer of a hydrophobic polymer, a quaternary ammonium containing monomer and a hydrophilic monomer, and a film thickness to which the anticoagulant is fixed is 3 to 100 μm. Particularly, the anticoagulant is desirably fixed up to a depth not less than 75%, and the film thickness is also desirable to be 6 to 65 μm. A polyvinyl chloride is desirable as the hydrophobic polymer, and a vinyl compound having a quaternary ammonium group is desirable as the quaternary ammonium containing monomer. A vinyl compound having a hydrophilic group is desirable as the hydrophilic monomer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily perform the optical resolution of (RS)-1-methyl-3- phenylpropylamine via a diastereomer salt in high optical purity and yield by using an optically active cis-2-benzamide cyclohexanecarboxylic acid as a resolution agent. CONSTITUTION:An optically active 1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine useful as an intermediate for a drug such as beta-blocker can be easily produced in high yield and optical purity by using an optically active cis-2-benzamide cyclohexanecarboxylic acid as a resolution agent, forming two kinds of diastereomer salts of said resolution agent and (RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine and carrying out the optical resolution of the (RS)-1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine taking advantage of the solubility difference between said two kinds of diastereomer salts. The resolution agent can be easily recovered and reused by treating the diastereomer salt with an acid or alkali.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide anti-thrombus medical material to which coating can be easily applied, and which has an anti-thrombus property for a long period by forming it by ionic bond of copolymer comprising hydrophobic polymer of a specified polymerization degree and hydrophilic monomer with heparin or its salt. CONSTITUTION: With copolymer of hydrophobic polymer of a polymerization degree of 580 or less, that is vinyl chloride, for example, and hydrophilic monomer, that is vinyl compound, for example, heparin or its salt is ion-bonded to provide anti-thrombus medical material. Though the mode of the copolymer is not specially limited, graft polymerization is the most favorable for the purpose of achieving excellent anti-thrombus effect as the medical material. There is no special limit to the heparin or salt, but normally, heparin sodium, benzal conium heparin, etc., are used. Heparin thickness is set to be about 0.5wt.% or more, and the copolymer is immersed in it at about 50-80 deg.C for about several hours to 5 days to form heparin.
