    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent wrong winding and the occurrence of crease of a wound sheet, by controlling a winding shaft driving motor according to the target torque value calculated from the data of the diameter of a wind-up bobbin, the width of a wind-up roll, the entrapped air ratio of the wind-up roll, etc. CONSTITUTION:The inertia torque signal of a wind-up roll is calculated by the arithmetic unit of the inertia torque 13 using the velocity signal from the velocity detector 12 equipped on the delivery nip rolls 2 and 3, the roll diameter signal from the roll diameter detector 11, and the preset roll diameter signal of the wind- up bobbin. The inertia torque signal obtained from the arithmetic unit of the inertia torque 13 is added to the command signal of the wind-up torque, set by the torque setting unit of the direct current motor 14 and the taper torque setting unit 15, by the adder 16 to give the target command signal of the wind-up torque after correction of the inertia torque. The motor M is controlled by the command signal.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heat-treating a film wound layered object capable of rapidly and uniformly raising the temperature of the film wound layered object over the whole region from the surface layer part to the interior thereof and capable of well relaxing the internal stress of the film wound layered object over the total length of a film. SOLUTION: The film wound layered object is heat-treated by heating the film wound layered object over the whole region in the thickness direction thereof by high frequency induction heating.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the synthesizing velocity of a diamond-like thin film by performing sputtering vapor deposition while keeping carbon as a target under the existence of hydrocarbon having cyano radical. CONSTITUTION:Hydrocarbon contg. cyano group and an unsaturated C-C bond such as cyanoacetylene, dicyanoacetylene, acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile is prepared. Sputtering vapor deposition is performed while keeping carbon as a target under the existence of hydrocarbon having one or more cyano group selected from among these. Thereby a diamond-like carbon thin film is quickly formed on a substrate.
