    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra ultrafine fiber giving a good feeling and excellent color development to a nonwoven fabric made of the fiber, a spun yarns and a flocked. SOLUTION: This dividable conjugate fiber consists of a constituent component comprising a polyamide polymer and containing 0.1-0.5% additive, and a constituent component comprising a polyester polymer. The flocked product is obtained by dividing the dividable conjugate fiber before or after the flocking.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing nylon staple yarns having crimps excellent in compression resistance or nylon straight staple yarns excellent in straightness, efficiently at low cost. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing nylon raw cotton having crimps is carried out as follows: nylon tows obtained by melt spinning and solidified by cooling are stretched; and subsequently, they are crimped and at the same time heat set with superheated steam to hold crimps. Or, the method for manufacturing nylon straight raw cotton is carried out as follows: nylon tows obtained by melt spinning and solidified by cooling are stretched; and subsequently, they are heat set with superheated steam to improve the straightness of the raw cotton.

SOLUTION: In a thread manufacturing process in which an oil supply means 2, a thread bar suction means 4, and a thread bar cutting means 5 are arranged in order along a thread path which supplies a thread bar continuously, an abnormal thread detection means 6 is arranged in any section of the thread path, and the cutting of thread bar by the thread bar cutting means 5 and the suction of the cut thread bar by the thread bar suction means 4 are done by an abnormal thread detection signal from the abnormal thread detection means 6, a parting means 7 which parts the oil supply means 2 from the thread path of thread bar Y is provided. A push out member 8 of the parting means 7 is pushed out by the abnormal thread detection signal from the abnormal thread detection means 6 to pull the thread bar Y away from the oil supply means 2.
