Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable multi-kind parts to be efficiently supplied in every unit, by parallelly providing a pair of pallet-conveying conveyers to be moved in an opposite direction to each other while providing the respective reloading mechanisms of a parts-placing pallet and an empty pallet in both ends of the conveyers. CONSTITUTION:A machine bed 1 parallelly provides on its upper surface a pair of slat conveyers 2, 9 respectively equipped with pallet mounting plates 2',9', enabling these conveyers to be moved in an opposite direction to each other by intermittently driving the respective conveyers. Then a parts-placing pallet reloading mechanism 16 is arranged in one end of the upper surface of the machine bed 1, thus a parts-placing pallet 40 in a reloading position C of said conveyer 9 is slid by a pressing plate 23 in a direction crossing at a right angle with the conveying direction and reloaded onto said conveyer 2. While an empty pallet reloading mechanism 25 is arranged in the other end of the upper surface of the machine bed 1, thus an empty pallet 40' in an empty pallet reloading position A of the conveyer 2 is slid by a pressing plate 28 in a direction crossing at a right angle with the conveying direction and reloaded onto the conveyer 9.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a spinning pack, by setting a device for assembling a spinneret pack, a device for feeding parts, a device for feeding each of single part, a device for attaching a filter and a ring by pressure, and a device for feeding sand in an operation zone of chuck of robot, inserting the parts into the pack accurately clamping them by uniform force. CONSTITUTION:A machine for assenbling a spinning pack consists of the device 21 for assembling a spineret pack, the device 24 for feeding parts wherein the filter 5, the spineret 2, the perforated plate 4 and the cap 9 are set in units, placed on the pallet 32 and sent in this state to the position A from which they are taken out, the device 25 for feeding a middle packing, the device 27 for feeding a ring, and the device 28 for feeding the top packing, the device 29 for attaching a filter and the ring 6 in an integrated way by pressure, the device 30 for feeding sand, and the robot 31 for grasping the parts and the assembled parts by chuck and sending them to given positions. The devices are positioned in an operation zone of the chuck of the robot.
