Abstract:
A linear actuator for gates, doors or similar has an actuator arm (1) which is articulated to a support (3) around a vertical axis (15) and be raisable angularly around a horizontal inclination axis (16). The actuator arm (1) has a screw (7) which is operated by an electric motor (11) and a running nutscrew (8) articulated to the gate wing (5) by means of a leadnut holder (18) in which the nutscrew (8) is housed in a manner turning around an axis horizontal and transversal to the actuator arm (1). The leadnut holder (18) has a vertical lower articulation pivot (20) which engages from above in a turning manner in a bush (22) fastened to the wing (5). In an emergency the actuator is disengaged from the gate wing (5) by raising the actuator arm (1) angularly around its inclination axis (16) and extracting upward the articulation pivot (20) of the leadnut holder (18) from the bush (22).
Abstract:
A construction of a door glass guide in a motor vehicle, wherein a door glass (10) of a three-dimensional curved surface is vertically movably guided, characterized in that: slide members (14) each having a spherical head portion (14C) being shifted into a compartment (12) are mounted at least at upper end portions of front and rear end edges (10A and 10B) of the door glass (10); a pair of front and rear guide channel portions (18A and 18B) are provided on a door frame (16), the guide channel portions (18A and 18B) having curvatures substantially equal to respective curvatures of the front and rear end edges (10A and 10B) of the door glass (10) in the longitudinal section thereof, for vertically, slidably guiding the slide members (14).
Abstract:
A clutch mechanism for coupling and uncoupling an electric motor and leadscrew has dog-clutch gears that can be engaged by a linear actuator, bell crank, and linkage shaft. Uncoupling force due to narrowed dog teeth are resisted by the alignment of the linkage shaft with the central portion of the bell crank.
Abstract:
A door closer, comprising a door closer housing mounted to one of a door frame or a door surface and a linkage arm for pivoting the door between open and closed positions. The linkage arm has a first and second end, the first end mounted to the other of the door frame or the door surface. The door closer includes a rotatable connector between the linkage arm and the door closer housing, the linkage arm second end engaging with the rotatable connector. The connector has a rotatable body portion and head protrusion substantially secured in a female receptor to transmit rotation about a longitudinal axis of the connector. One or both of the head protrusion or female receptor has a curved profile and is further movable with respect to the head protrusion to permit limited rotational misalignment of the linkage arm on any axis perpendicular to the connector longitudinal axis.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a bearing arrangement for an adjustment device in a motor vehicle, comprising a plurality of (e.g. three) guide rails (13, 21, 22) which are disposed on a supporting subassembly (1, 2), define an adjustment path for an adjustable window pane, and are located at a distance from one another transverse to the adjustment path, and comprising a driving member (3) that includes means for connecting the window pane to be adjusted as well as guiding elements (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) such that one respective guiding element (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) of the driving member (3) engages with one of the guide rails (13, 21, 22) to as to be movable along the associated guide rail. According to the invention, at least one of the guiding elements (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) is hingedly connected to the driving member (3) by means of a bearing element (45) which is positively retained in a bearing zone (43) by means of a securing element (6, 8, 9, 106, 108).
Abstract:
A vehicle door opening and closing apparatus (11) includes: a supporting member (10) having an expandable and contractible shape and configured to be capable of holding a door (3) at an opened position by being interposed between a body (4) and the door, a socket (40) provided on at least one of shaft end portions of the supporting member and configured to form a rotation coupling point (P) of the supporting member by being fitted into a ball-shaped fitting portion (34) at a coupling portion with respect to the supporting member, and a retaining ring (45) provided in a fitting depression of the socket and capable of retaining the ball-shaped fitting portion in the fitting depression by reducing a diameter of the opening portion of the fitting depression. The socket is demountable from the shaft end portion in a state of being fitted to the ball-shaped fitting portion.
Abstract:
