Abstract:
This invention relates to a machine consisting of a fixed base and a reciprocating platform which imparts that reciprocating motion to a person lying, kneeling, or sitting upon it. A gear motor mounted in the base of the machine drives an eccentrically mounted cam roller. As the cam roller rotates, it is retained in a channel on the underside of the reciprocating platform. The eccentric rotation of the cam roller is converted to linear motion, causing the platform to move back and forth on rollers. The reciprocating motion has a stroke of about one to six inches and a frequency of about 10 to 200 cycles per minute. A detachable appliance mounting holder allows the user to mount a dildo of their choosing to the fixed base in genital proximity. The reciprocating motion of the platform is an aid to sex for both healthy and physically challenged individuals when used with another person for partner sex or used with a dildo for solo sex.
Abstract:
A device for enhancing blood circulation that includes a main element, a detachable element with an identification mark, and attachment means for grasping the detachable element by the main element. The main element functions by intermittently tightening and relaxing its grasp of the detachable element when activated. Additionally the main element authenticates the identification mark of the detachable element; and the main element is enabled to function if the authentication of the identification mark is positive.
Abstract:
A muscle stretching and spine decompressing apparatus including a base frame (20), a flexible sheet (12) attached to the top of the base frame (20) for supporting the body of a user, and a motorized actuation means (16) for bending the flexible sheet (12) from a substantially flat position to a substantial arc. The motor (18) includes a main shaft (30) connected at each end (30e) to counter grooved helix pulleys (46). As the motor (18) turns the main shaft (30), the counter grooved helix pulleys (46) wind up cable (48) attached to the ends (12a, 12b) of the flexible sheet (12), thereby drawing the flexible sheet ends (12a, 12b) inward to cause the flexible sheet (12) to bend. The motor control system (92) provides for automatic or manual control of the arc of flexible sheet (12).
Abstract:
A lie-down massager includes a base frame having an elongated top panel, through which an elongated top opening is formed centrally and lengthwise, a rider provided below the elongated top panel of the base frame, a guide member movably engaged between the base frame and the rider so as to enable the rider to make a horizontally reciprocal movement relative to the base frame, massage bumps that move vertically and/or horizontally along the elongated top opening of the elongated top panel of the base frame, and a lifter that holds the massage bumps and adjusts the height of the massage bumps. The lifter includes two vertical screws that rotates together by a chain and two nuts engaging with the screws so that rotating the screws lift or lower the nuts thereby adjusting the height of the massage bumps. A motor rotates the screws via a worm gear.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a portable device for enhancing circulation in a limb comprising at least one strap for encircling the limb, a motor and a mechanism driven by said motor for intermittently actuating a first transition from a relaxed state to a strained state of the strap and a second transition from the strained state to the relaxed state. The mechanism includes at least one energy storing element operatively disposed between the motor and the strap and at least one energy releasing mechanism coupling between the energy storing element and the strap. The energy releasing mechanism enables fast release of energy stored in said storing element and the use of the energy so released to effectuate at least one abrupt transition between said relaxed and strained states.
Abstract:
A therapeutic device which may be used in providing physical therapy for a patient's knee by moving the patient's leg through a plurality of cycles of motion in a treatment session. The device includes a “Fast Back” range of motion feature that permits the machine to be operated at more than one speed or rate per cycle, wherein the patient's knee may pass through a critical or working range of motion at a first rate, and through a non-critical or non-working range of motion at a second rate, so as to increase the portion of time of a treatment session that is spent in the working of the range of motion, as compared to conventional CPM machines. The preferred embodiment of the invention also has “soft turns” capability, wherein the carriage holding the patient's leg is decelerated, at a controlled rate over a controlled distance, from the operational speed to zero, as the carriage approaches an extension or flexion limit, and wherein the carriage is accelerated in the same fashion as the carriage moves away from the extension or flexion limit.
Abstract:
A motion exerciser for the lower leg of a patient engages only the lower leg and has a tray receiving the calf of the lower leg connected by describing elements to a frame which is inclined upwardly away from the patient. A motor-driven carrying element is reciprocatable along the tray and is pivotally connected to the lower leg support at whose opposite end from the tray a footrest is provided which can be moved back and forth on the lower leg support against the force of a pair of springs. A display is provided for the force generated against the footrest.
Abstract:
A system to provide physical therapy in the form of heating, cooling and/or percussion, comprising: a device that contains a battery, a motor, and a switch to turn the device on or off or put the device in heating mode or put the device in cooling mode or put the device in percussion mode; wherein the device contains a motor and a pushing rod that supply the movement that results in percussion of a removable heating/cooling attachment and a removable percussion attachment; wherein the front of the device connects to the removable heating/cooling attachment that contains an electronic component to control heating or cooling and a cooling fan; wherein the removable heating/cooling attachment can be used for heating or cooling; wherein a housing shell for the heating/cooling attachment is made of plastic, foam, or metal, or any combination of plastic, foam and metal; wherein the front part of the heating/cooling attachment is made of metal that has the capability to be in contact with human skin in order to provide either heating or cooling at fixed or adjusted degrees that are optimal for physical therapy and/or blood circulation; wherein the removable heating/cooling attachment can be replaced by the removable percussion attachment that is used for percussion; wherein the removable percussion attachment can be placed on the skin of a user in order to provide percussion at fixed or adjusted speeds that are optimal for physical therapy.
Abstract:
A crossed-finger swinging massage structure and a crossed-finger swinging massager are disclosed, the massage structure includes a wand-shaped main body having a hand-held section and a massage section; the massage section is adapted to be plugged into an inner cavity of a hole-shaped part to be massaged; the second plug-in segment is composed of a first finger-shaped arm and a second finger-shaped arm that are symmetrical about an axis N1; and the first finger-shaped arm and the second finger-shaped arm can be controlled by driving force to swing in a crossed manner in the inner cavity of the hole-shaped part to be massaged, so as to produce squeezing or tapping massage effects on a side wall surface of the inner cavity of the hole-shaped part to be massaged.
