Abstract: Systems and methods for a perception system for a lower body powered exoskeleton device are provided. The perception system includes a camera configured to capture one or more images of terrain in proximity to the exoskeleton device, an at least one processor. The at least one processor is programmed to perform footstep planning for the exoskeleton device based, at least in part, on the captured one or more images of terrain, and issue an instruction to perform a first action based, at least in part, on the footstep planning.

S3—Determining, repeatedly updating and storing, of at least one navigation path together with associated navigation guiding instructions for the visually impaired user to navigate from the current position of the visually impaired user to a point of interest, repeatedly selecting one preferred navigation path from the at least one navigation path, and repeatedly sending to the visually impaired user the preferred navigation path, together with associated navigation guiding instructions.-

Abstract: A migraine treatment device in the form of an eye mask is provided. The migraine treatment device includes a main body in the form of an eye mask structure. Fixed therapeutic electrode pads are provided on the inner side of the main body near the top. The inside of the main body is equipped with a green light-emitting board, which is evenly arranged with green LED lights on both sides. Additionally, the inside of the main body has a light-transmitting component that is compatible with the green light-emitting board and a lithium battery for supplying power to the migraine treatment device.

Abstract: Active comfort controlled bedding systems include a variable firmness control and/or variable climate control. The active comfort controlled bedding systems generally include a plurality of air bladders, each one of the plurality of air bladders includes a pressure sensor configured to measure pressure within a respective air bladder. A control unit configured to selectively operate a pump and valves to sequentially adjust a pressure in two or more of the plurality of air bladders having an applied load of an end user thereon to provide a repeating pattern within the two or more plurality of air bladders, wherein the repeating pattern is defined by a pressure increase and subsequent decrease in a selected one of the plurality of air bladders followed a pressure increase and subsequent decrease in a selected other one of the plurality of air bladders to provide a massaging action.

Abstract: Systems and methods relating to displaying images are disclosed. In one embodiment, sensor data is received via one or more sensors of a wearable head device comprising a display, the sensor data indicative of a surrounding environment of a user of the wearable head device. An image can be determined based on the sensor data, the image corresponding to the surrounding environment. A visibility of a first portion of the image corresponding to a first portion of the surrounding environment can be enhanced. Enhancing a visibility of a second portion of the image corresponding to a second portion of the surrounding environment can be forgone. The enhanced first portion of the image and a view of the second portion of the surrounding environment can be presented concurrently via the display of the wearable head device.

Abstract: An emergency management system having an ice water immersion bag capable of rapidly cooling an overheated individual's body through its combination of elements, apertures, and capacity. An overheated individual is placed within the ice immersion bag, yet the individual's body may still be accessed in the event of a medical emergency through the use of one of the many openings presented throughout the bag. The openings otherwise remain sealed and waterproof to prevent the ice water from escaping the bag, further effectuating ice water immersion to rapidly cool the overheated individual.

Abstract: An elevation device used in the performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and after resuscitation includes a base and an upper support operably coupled to the base. The upper support is configured to incline at an angle relative to the base to elevate an individual's upper back, shoulders and head. The elevation device includes a support arm coupled with the upper support. The support arm is movable to various positions relative to the upper support and is lockable at a fixed angle relative to the upper support such that the upper support and the support arm are movable as a single unit relative to the base while the support arm maintains the angle relative to the upper support. The elevation device also includes a chest compression device coupled with the support arm. The chest compression device is configured to compress the chest.
