Abstract:
A total-body exerciser comprises: an upper-body exercising unit; a buttocks exercising unit; and an ankle exercising unit. The upper-body exercising unit comprises: an upper-body support for supporting the upper body; an upper-body supporting guide rail formed on the bottom surface of the upper-body support and enabling the upper-body support to move horizontally; and a rotating bracket mounted on a lower surface of the upper-body supporting guide rail so as to enable the upper-body support to rotate about a base frame contacting the ground. The buttocks exercising unit comprises: a buttocks support for supporting the buttocks; and a buttocks-supporting height-adjusting cylinder connected to a lower portion of the buttocks support, and capable of adjusting the height of the buttocks support. The ankle exercising unit comprises: an ankle support for supporting an ankle; an ankle-supporting guide rail formed on a bottom surface of the ankle support and enabling horizontal movement of the ankle support; and a rotating bracket mounted on a lower surface of the ankle-support guide rail to enable the ankle support to rotate about a base frame contacting the ground.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for adult oriented massage is presented. The apparatus includes a housing unit. An upper stimulation source is disposed within the housing unit. The upper stimulation source is operable for transferring a first percussive stimulation to a woman's lower abdomen proximate a top of a pubic bone. A lower stimulation source is disposed below the upper stimulation and is operable for transferring a second percussive stimulation to a region proximate a bottom of the pubic bone. A drive unit is disposed below the lower stimulation source for driving the upper and lower stimulation sources. A support unit supports the housing unit. At least one flexible unit enables an angle between the housing unit and the support unit to be adjusted, where the first percussive stimulation and the second percussive stimulation combine to enable the woman to achieve a beneficial stimulation.
Abstract:
Provided is a cervical massaging device that includes: a body that is shaped to contact the side and the rear portion around a cervical spine in a neck; both side pressing members that are disposed and symmetrically spaced apart from each other in the body to contact both sides of the neck and press both sides of the neck by a driving unit; and rotary pressing members that are disposed at a predetermined distance between the side pressing members and rotated by a rotating unit to press the rear portion around the cervical spine in the neck.
Abstract:
In a walking assist apparatus having a support member supporting an user, a pair of shoe units accommodating the user's feet, a pair of leg links each having a first link connected to the support member and a second link connected to each shoe unit, a pair of actuators each connected to the first and second links, a controller controlling operation of the actuators and a battery and assists walking of the user by producing relative movement between the first and second links, there are equipped with a primary coil installed in a floor on which the user walks on, a secondary coil installed in one of the shoe units and is supplied with non-contact supply of power from the primary coil, and a charging circuit charging the battery with rectified direct current output.
Abstract:
Provided is a walking assist device including a seat member, a leg link having a joint portion, and a driving source for the joint portion. The walking assist device allows a user to rest by sitting on the seat member. Accordingly, the walking assist device further includes a lock mechanism disposed in the joint portion and an operation unit for the lock mechanism. When the operation unit is switched on, the driving source is controlled to increase an up-pushing force on the seat member. A variation rate on the up-pushing force is increased with time to a given value where the lock mechanism is initiated.
Abstract:
A hydraulic driven massaging bar is disclosed to include a hollow bar-like body defining therein a water input passage and a water output passage, an elastic head member, an elastic connection member connected between the elastic head member and one end of the hollow bar-like body, a waterwheel pivotally mounted in the hollow bar-like body and rotatable by water running through the water input passage toward the water output passage, a reciprocating rod affixed to the elastic head member and suspending in the elastic connection member, and a rotating wheel coupled between the waterwheel and the reciprocating rod for moving the reciprocating rod and the elastic head member back and forth upon rotation of the rotating wheel with the waterwheel.
Abstract:
A walk assistance device capable of transmitting a force generated by a leg link to a user's trunk via a load transfer portion, wherein the leg link includes an upper first link portion connected to the load transfer portion via a first joint portion, a lower second link portion connected to a foot attachment portion via a second joint portion, a middle third joint portion connecting the first link portion to the second link portion such that a distance between the first joint portion and the second joint portion is variable, and a driving source that drives the third joint portion. The moment of inertia around the first joint portion of the leg link is reduced to decrease a load on the user's leg in walking. The driving source is disposed above the third joint portion of the first link portion so that the center-of-gravity of the entire leg link is located above the third joint portion. In the case where the driving source includes an electric motor and a reduction gear, the electric motor is disposed above the reduction gear.
Abstract:
A device for enhancing blood circulation that includes a main element, a detachable element with an identification mark, and attachment means for grasping the detachable element by the main element. The main element functions by intermittently tightening and relaxing its grasp of the detachable element when activated. Additionally the main element authenticates the identification mark of the detachable element; and the main element is enabled to function if the authentication of the identification mark is positive.
Abstract:
A massaging device for a sexual purpose includes main body, a sliding unit movably mounted on the main body linearly and reciprocally, a reciprocating mechanism mounted in the main body and connected to the sliding unit to drive the sliding unit reciprocally, and a power source mounted in the main body and connected to the reciprocating mechanism to drive the reciprocating mechanism. Thus, the sliding unit is movable on the housing of the main body linearly and reciprocally to massage a human sexual organ automatically and to provide a comfortable sensation to the human sexual organ so as to satisfy the sexual requirement.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a portable device for enhancing circulation in a limb comprising at least one strap for encircling the limb, a motor and a mechanism driven by said motor for intermittently actuating a first transition from a relaxed state to a strained state of the strap and a second transition from the strained state to the relaxed state. The mechanism includes at least one energy storing element operatively disposed between the motor and the strap and at least one energy releasing mechanism coupling between the energy storing element and the strap. The energy releasing mechanism enables fast release of energy stored in said storing element and the use of the energy so released to effectuate at least one abrupt transition between said relaxed and strained states.
