Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for producing a multifunctional implantable structure, the method having: preparing an implantable base; coating a polymer layer on the base, wherein the polymer layer is partially curable; curing the polymer layer such that the polymer layer has cured and non-cured portions; and dry-etching the polymer layer to remove the non-cured portion thereof, to allow the polymer layer to have a nano-turf structure having pores defined therein.

Abstract: Provided is a system for real-time condition diagnosis of a bearing module including a self-power generation module installed in an outer ring of a bearing to generate electricity using vibration generated from a micro whirling motion of the bearing, a behavior detection unit installed in the bearing to detect behavior information of the bearing in real time, a wireless transmission module connected to the behavior detection unit to transmit the real-time detected behavior information of the bearing to an external device, and a condition diagnosis unit that receives the behavior information of the bearing transmitted from the wireless transmission module and diagnoses condition of the bearing in real time, wherein the real-time behavior information of the behavior detection unit installed in the bearing is transmitted through the electricity obtained by the self-power generation module.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a viral complex comprising a viral vector capable of delivering shRNA that suppresses an expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) to a cell and an anti-epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) antibody conjugated to the viral vector, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, comprising the viral complex, and a method for treating cancer, comprising administering the viral complex or the pharmaceutical composition to a subject in which a cancer disease has occurred and overexpressing EpCAM. The anti-EpCAM antibody-AAV2/shEGFR complex provided in the present invention significantly reduces the expression level of EGFR in tumor cells overexpressing EpCAM without inducing an immune response in vivo, thereby inducing death of tumor cells, and thus, it can be widely utilized in more effective and safe cancer treatment.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition for combination therapy for preventing or treating cancer, which contains a first pharmaceutical ingredient containing a drug conjugate wherein an anticancer agent is bound at one end of an amphiphilic peptide represented by SEQ ID NO 1 and a poloxamer; and a second pharmaceutical ingredient containing an anti-PD-L1 antibody; as active ingredients. The pharmaceutical composition significantly inhibits cancer growth in in-vivo experiments and exhibits an effect of significantly enhancing immunotherapeutic effect by activating immune cells in cancerous tissues.
In particular, the pharmaceutical composition for combination therapy according to the present disclosure has superior tumor accumulation efficiency and selectivity as compared to existing anticancer agents, and is very stable with little toxicity to normal tissues other than cancerous tissues.-

Abstract: The present specification discloses a membrane reactor comprising a reaction region; a permeate region; and a composite membrane disposed at a boundary of the reaction region and the permeate region, wherein the reaction region comprises a bed filled with a catalyst for dehydrogenation reaction, wherein the composite membrane comprises a support layer including a metal with a body-centered-cubic (BCC) crystal structure, and a catalyst layer including a palladium (Pd) or a palladium alloy formed onto the support layer, wherein ammonia (NH3) is supplied to the reaction region, the ammonia is converted into hydrogen (H2) by the dehydrogenation reaction in the presence of the catalyst for dehydrogenation reaction, and the hydrogen permeates the composite membrane and is emitted from the membrane reactor through the permeate region.
