Abstract: A hands-free female sexual organ stimulation apparatus stimulates the vulva region by detachably clipping to the labia majora while generating multiple speeds of vibrations to produce stimulation at the female sexual organ. The apparatus comprises an elongated disc sized to mate with the vulva. The disc has a mount face, an opposing stimulation face, and an outer wall extending therebetween. The stimulation face forms a flush, mating relationship with the vulva. A vibration portion rests concentrically on the stimulation face. The vibration portion engages the clitoris and the urethra while being partially fitted into the vagina. A vibratory motor with multiple speeds is embedded into the vibration portion. A receiver and a remote transmitter remotely control the vibratory motor. A tension clip detachably clips the disc to the labia majora. The clip has a curved shape that reduces pressure for enhanced comfort to the labia majora.

Abstract: An apparatus for generating an acoustic energy pulse and delivering it into a body is described. The apparatus includes a generator for creating an acoustic energy pulse having an energy density field that can be measured at all points within a space in the shape of an imaginary cylinder having a length greater than or equal to 2 cm and a diameter. The cylindrically shaped space has a cylinder longitudinal axis oriented relative to a longitudinal axis of the energy pulse at an angle in the range from zero to twenty degrees. A minimum energy density for the pulse at all locations within the cylindrically shaped space is at least 50% of a maximum energy density for the pulse within the space.

Abstract: In device for placing a toe of a patient's foot in traction may broadly include a shoe portion (e.g., a sole, counter, and strap(s)); a toe attachment apparatus (e.g., a Chinese finger trap) having a cable extending therefrom; a pulley, with the cable wrapped about the pulley; and an apparatus (e.g., a ratchet, an actuator, and the like) configured to apply tension to the cable to create traction in the toe. A meter may be coupled to the cable to indicate an amount of tension provided thereto. Another actuator may adjust elevational positioning of the pulley relative to the shoe portion to set a desired angle of dorsiflexion for the traction provided to the toe by the cable.

Abstract: A hand therapy kit includes a housing having a lid that is expandable from a folded position to an unfolded position to expose a working surface on an inside of the lid. An elastic cord is attached at two or more anchor points on the working surface to define at least one gap for receiving a finger. The finger can be therapeutically exercised by moving from a first position proximal to the working surface to a second position distal to the working surface. The hand therapy kit can also include removable hand therapy modules, including a therapeutic tracking glove and/or a pressure sensor ball.
