Abstract: A walking assistant device may calculate a walking cycle by measuring only motion of a specific joint without a force/torque sensor (F/T sensor) of a foot, and a method of controlling the walking assistant device. The method may include measuring motion of a hinge to which different support frames are connected; overlapping a reference trajectory corresponding to the measured motion and modulation trajectories that have been modulated from the reference trajectory; correcting the overlapping trajectory to correspond to the measured motion; determining assistant torque corresponding to a phase of the corrected trajectory; and providing the determined assistant torque to the support frame.

Abstract: Described herein are interactive devices that mimic a portion of a human male and a female genitalia. The male device includes a unique bead drive assembly for providing an extending and retracting motion. Also included on the male device is a massager sub-assembly able to inflate and deflate while being able to slide along a shaft of the male device. The female device includes a clamshell constrictor having an inflation mechanism that is able to provide a squeezing motion as well as being able to slide back and forth within the body of the female device. Also disclosed herein are method of communication and interaction between a pair of interactive devices or multiple interactive devices. Finally, methods of managing interactive sessions between multiple interactive devices are also described.

Abstract: An erotic dream induction apparatus includes an inflatable air bladder, such as a rubber balloon, to induce sexual arousal via genital stimulation. The air bladder is brought into contact with either the penis or vagina of the user, and/or is inserted into the anus and/or vagina of the user. In one embodiment, the air bladder is brought into contact with the penis, vagina, and/or anus of the user by being maintained in position near, against, or around the penis, vagina, and/or anus by means of straps or pockets in stimulation underwear, such that when the air bladder is inflated, the air bladder makes contact with at least a portion of the penis, vagina, and/or anus of the user. The air bladder is repeatedly inflated and deflated by pumps and/or valves.

Abstract: The present disclosure is generally directed to systems, devices, and methods for compressing the pelvis with alternating compressive air compartments by encircling the hip region of the patient. In some examples, a device may be applied to a person with a traumatic pelvic injury. A main body may include a strong flexible material such as neoprene and may have the general shape of a wide belt or pelvic girdle. The interior or exterior aspect of the binder may be composed of one or many straps that extend from one end of the binder and are looped through buckles on the other end of the binder and may therefore allow for tightening of the binder upon itself for compression. The end of the strap may contain a fastening device to affix the end of the strap to itself after the strap has been looped through the buckle.

Abstract: A apparatus includes an a exoskeleton system with a plurality of sensors for generating signals indicating a current motion and a current arrangement of at least the exoskeleton system, a hip segment, and at least one lower limb. The lower limb includes thigh and shank segments for coupling to a lateral surface of a user's leg. The thigh segment includes a first powered joint coupling the thigh segment to the hip segment, a second powered joint coupling the thigh segment to the shank segment, and a controller coupled to the sensors, the first powered joint, and the second powered joint. The controller is configured for determining a current state of the exoskeleton system and a current intent of the user based on the signals and generating control signals for the first and second powered joints based on the current state and the current intent.

Abstract: Exoskeleton technology is described herein. Such technology includes but is not limited to exoskeletons, exoskeleton controllers, methods for controlling an exoskeleton, and combinations thereof. The exoskeleton technology may facilitate, enhance, and/or supplant the natural mobility of a user via a combination of sensor elements, processing/control elements, and actuating elements. User movement may be elicited by electrical stimulation of the user's muscles, actuation of one or more mechanical components, or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, the exoskeleton technology may adjust in response to measured inputs, such as motions or electrical signals produced by a user. In this way, the exoskeleton technology may interpret known inputs and learn new inputs, which may lead to a more seamless user experience.
