Abstract: The present invention provides a surface treatment agent for metal materials, with which it is possible to form on a metal material a coat that is satisfactory overall in terms of properties such as corrosion resistance, adhesion, water resistance, alkali resistance, and solvent resistance, and that has excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion even when exposed to high-temperature environments; and a metal material having a surface treatment coat. This surface treatment agent for metal materials includes (A) an organopolysiloxane compound having a weight-average molecular weight of 400-10,000 and including a unit (X) the molecule of which has a phenyl group, and a unit Y which includes a group having a C1-3 alkyl group, the ratio (β/α) of the molar amount (α) of the units (X) and the molar amount (β) of all constituent units being 1.5 or greater, (B) coated aluminum particles surface-treated by an organosiloxane compound each single molecule of which has a hydrolysable group linked to a silicon atom; and (C) at least one component selected from the group consisting of metal oxide particles and clay minerals.

Abstract: The present invention is a polymer composition, containing: 30 to 60 volume % of a melt processable fluoropolymer; and 40 to 70 volume % of boron nitride particles; wherein the boron nitride particles are made from particles (A) and particles (B), the particles (A) are spherical aggregate particles with an average particle diameter of 55 μm to 100 μm, and an aspect ratio of 1 to 2, the particles (B) are particles with an average particle diameter of 8 μm to 55 μm, and the volume ratio of the particles (A) to the total amount of boron nitride is 80 to 99 volume %. The polymer compositions have excellent moldability, insulation properties, heat conductivity, and heat resistance, and are suitable as raw materials for a sufficiently strong molded products, such as thin films.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a golf club grip having excellent grip performance under a wet condition. The present invention provides a golf club grip having an outermost surface layer, wherein the outermost surface layer contains (A) a crosslinked rubber and (B) a silica, and has, at at least a part thereof, a region where a spherical silica secondary particle with a particle size of 3 μm or more exists in an amount of at least two particles/mm2. If a spherical silica secondary particle with a particle size of 3 μm or more exists in a given amount at at least a part of the outermost surface layer, the golf club grip has an improved grip performance under a wet condition.
