    Abstract: A GA-PSO-BP neural network is provided for performing a measurement of a coaxiality error of parts of a rotary equipment and predicting a coaxiality of parts of the rotary equipment in order to solve a problem that a coaxiality error of saddle surface parts is difficult to calculate by building a traditional mathematical model based on a three-dimensional coordinate system transformation due to serious deformation of fitting surfaces of spigots.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-frequency hybrid heterodyne laser tracker system based on a single light source. According to the laser tracking system proposed in the present disclosure, multi-frequency laser is obtained by conducting multi-acousto-optic frequency shift on a dual-longitudinal-mode laser unit, and an absolute ranging precision gauge is constructed by using a dual-longitudinal-mode interval of a light source. With the frequency shift difference of a multi-acousto-optic frequency shifter, an absolute ranging roughness gauge is constructed, and the relative displacement measurement of dual-frequency light interference is achieved. Meanwhile, by utilizing the reflection of multiple reflectors and light splitting and combining of polarization prisms, synchronous measurement of multi-wavelength absolute distance, relative displacement and PSD position is achieved, resolving the problem that an existing laser tracker uses multiple light sources, which leads to difference in measurement datum, and consequently to the difficultly in traceback.

    Abstract: A zero-voltage zero-current soft switching type driving method for an ultrasonic motor is provided, relating to the technical field of driving of a two-phase actuator. The disclosure solves the problems of high loss, high heat amount and the like in a traditional ultrasonic motor driving circuit. The method provided realizes resonance between series inductors and buffer capacitors by means of an optimal design of the inductance of matching inductors, the capacitance of buffer capacitors, a dead time value and a delay time value, thereby causing a power tube to realize zero-voltage and zero-current switching. Two signal input ends of a two-phase pseudo full bridge inverter are connected to a power grid, and two signal output ends of the two-phase pseudo full bridge inverter are respectively connected to two signal input ends of a matching circuit; and the output ends of the matching circuit are respectively connected to a two-phase ultrasonic motor.

    Abstract: An optical window based on an array of rings and sub-rings having a triangular and orthogonal mixed distribution is suited for electromagnetic shielding. The array has metal rings of the same diameter acting as basic rings closely arranged according to an equilateral triangular and two-dimensional orthogonal square mixed arrangement and is loaded on an optical window transparent substrate surface. Adjacent basic rings are connected externally tangentially. Metal sub-rings are arranged within each basic ring and connected thereto internally tangentially. Each basic ring and its sub-rings constitute a basic unit. At tangential connection locations of the rings, wires overlap or metal is provided to ensure reliable electrical connections between connected rings, thus all rings are conductive.     Abstract: The disclosure provides a high-frequency-reproducibility laser frequency stabilization method and device based on multi-point acquisition of laser tube temperature. The laser frequency stabilization device includes: a frequency stabilization control circuit. The frequency stabilization control circuit includes a polarizing beam splitter, an optical power conversion circuit, an A/D conversion circuit, a temperature measuring circuit, a microprocessor, a D/A converter and a heating film driver. The polarizing beam splitter is disposed outside any one of laser transmitting holes. The optical power conversion circuit is disposed on reflection and refraction optical paths of the polarizing beam splitter. The device of the disclosure can effectively avoid the drift of a final frequency stabilization temperature point.
