Abstract: A percussion massager includes a treatment head, a main housing, an electric motor structured and configured to cause the treatment head to be moved relative to the housing, and a controller provided in the main housing. Abstract: A hand-held massage machine includes a handle; a massage unit mounted on the handle by means of a telescopic shaft; a power source; and a transmission mechanism, where a counterweight portion is mounted on the transmission mechanism, and the counterweight portion is linked to the transmission mechanism so as to increase force output by the transmission mechanism to the telescopic shaft. By means of the above structure, the telescopic shaft in the hand-held massage machine can obtain larger telescopic force, and the scale and the generation probability of lateral deviation of a massage unit and the telescopic shaft in a telescopic process are smaller, such that vibration and noise generated due to lateral deviation in the telescopic process of the massage unit are reduced.
