    Abstract: The invention discloses a subwavelength grating based on bounds state in the continuum as the optical antenna for optical phased array, which includes a substrate and a grating layer atop the substrate. The grating layer includes a strip waveguide and sub-gratings symmetrically arranged on both sides of the strip waveguide. The sub-gratings may also be placed on different layers to build a multi-layer grating. The sub-grating excites the radiation modes, and destructive interference is formed between the sideward radiation modes by adjusting the width of the strip waveguide, which is used to establish the bounds state in the continuum. By designing the grating structure and adjusting the width of the strip waveguide, the invention establishes a diffraction-limited bound state in the continuum between sub-gratings to suppress sideward emission, thereby suppressing crosstalk between gratings, reducing the antenna pitch of the optical phased array, and increasing the phase-tuned beam steering range.

    Abstract: A deformation-driven solid-phase extrusion device and a one-step alloy bar preparation method by using the same are provided. The device includes a stir tool, an extrusion container and an ejector rod. The stir tool has an integral structure composed of an upper mounting part and a lower working part and having a hollow channel. The lower working part is disposed in a groove of the extrusion container, and the ejector rod is disposed in the hollow channel of the stir tool. The method includes adding alloy powder to the extrusion container, enabling the stir tool to exert a pressure and revolve at a high speed to cause large plastic deformation of the powder and generate heat by friction and deform among powder and the friction working surface of the working part, sintering the alloy powder and extruding the same through the hollow channel of the stir tool.

Decoupling at medium and high frequency bands can be effectively realized with improved accuracy of decoupling, and an algorithm flow is simplified. The method is prone to engineering implementation.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a high-resolution graphene heterojunction based pressure sensor. The present disclosure relates to the technical field of pressure sensor design. The present disclosure uses a graphene/hexagonal boron nitride/graphene (G/h-BN/G) vertical heterojunction thin film as a pressure-sensitive diaphragm. A sensor substrate has a micro-nano arrayed concave cavity structure. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the G/h-BN/G vertical heterojunction thin film generates localized internal stress, which changes an energy band structure of the vertical heterojunction thin film, and thus changes a tunneling current between the two upper and lower graphene layers, thereby reflecting the external atmospheric pressure changes. The principle of the graphene heterojunction based pressure sensor is based on tunneling effect. The tunneling current of the graphene heterojunction based pressure sensor is extremely sensitive to the internal stress on the heterojunction, so the sensor can achieve high-resolution detection of atmospheric pressure.

    Abstract: There is provided a liquid water harvester based on a valve-controlled active air supply and belongs to the field of liquid water harvesters. The present disclosure aims to address the problem of low airflow speed, high environmental humidity requirements, and auxiliary heating of an adsorption stage in the current atmospheric water harvesting technologies. In the present disclosure, the active air supply device is used to speed up the air circulation in the harvester so as to greatly shorten the adsorption time of the moisture absorbing material for the water vapor in the air and improve the heat dissipation of the micro-nano structure condensation surface. The electric valve controls the air circulation circuit and cooperates with the active air supply device. In this case, only one active air supply device can be used to complete the air supply and the condensation heat dissipation at the same time.
