A camera system and associated method including a digital camera that captures an image and creates a digital signal representative thereof and a wireless control apparatus. The digital camera wirelessly transmits the digital signal to the wireless control apparatus. The wireless control apparatus includes a display device, such as an LCD, for displaying a displayed image based on the digital signal. The wireless control apparatus also includes an input apparatus used to cause the wireless control apparatus to generate one or more controls signals which are wirelessly transmitted to the digital camera for execution thereby.

When a memory card MC is inserted into a slot, a control circuit of a color printer acquires and analyzes graphics processing control information GC from the memory card MC. A CPU corrects standard values for image quality parameters indicating properties of graphics data, to reflect the graphics processing control information GC. The CPU corrects image quality parameters to bring them into approximation with the corrected standard values, and adjusts image quality of the graphics data to reflect the corrected image quality parameters.

The present invention is to provide an image processing apparatus which comprises connection means for connecting to a computer network to which a plurality of computers are connected and record means for recording and outputting image data sent from the computer through the connection means, the apparatus comprises access means for accessing one of the plurality of computers, selection means for selecting a file to be recorded and output by the record means, from among the files managed by the computer accessed by the access means, and request means for requesting, to the computer accessed by the access means, a sending of the image data in the file selected by the selection means, wherein the record means records and output the image data sent from the computer in accordance with the request means, whereby the image processing apparatus can access the computer which is placed far from that apparatus and output the contents of the computer.

An MFP as an information processing apparatus stores a setting data group as a combination of at least one setting item and a setting value corresponding to the at least one setting item for each of a plurality of division categories. The MFP acquires a plurality of network settings acquired from outside and/or set in the MFP. The MFP estimates the category corresponding to the use environment of the MFP from among the plurality of categories based on the plurality of obtained network settings. Lastly, the MFP changes operation settings of the MFP based on the setting data group stored in association with the estimated category.

The present invention is relating to a circuit for transmitting and receiving an image signal using a power line, wherein the transmitting circuit comprises; a bias unit for controlling a bias voltage of an image signal taken by a CCD camera; a differential amplifier, to which a power is supplied through a voltage drop unit, for amplifying the image signal which has passed through the bias unit into the broad-band signal; an oscillator IC, which is driven by using the image signal amplified into the broadband signal by the differential amplifier as an input power, for modulating the image signal while loading the image signal into the carrier frequency of an oscillation frequency; and transformers for inducing an alternating current image signal from the image signal modulated by the oscillator IC and outputting the image signal to the AC power line; and a receiving circuit comprises; a rectifier for supplying the AC power through the AC power line as a power required for operation; a transformer for inducing an alternating current image signal by an LC-tuned frequency with respect to an alternating current image signal received through the AC power line; an amplifier for amplifying the alternating current image signal to correct a receiving sensitivity; and an output amplifier for amplifying the output of the amplified image signal. Thereby, the circuit for transmitting and receiving an image signal using a power line according to the present invention can be characteristically manufactured at a low cost and installed with ease.
