Abstract: Spraying heads may be used in spray guns for applying a pressurized aerosol material in the form of jets or spray. A spraying nozzle for spraying a polyurethane material includes a cylindrical body provided, on a first end, with a base having a mounting aperture extending into the cylindrical body, forming a cavity for arranging a head of a gun. The base of the nozzle is in the form of oppositely-disposed leaves. A second end of the body is provided with a cylindrical shoulder, a through-bore of which is communicated with a V-shaped and laterally non-closed recess at the region of an outlet of the sprayed material. Oppositely arranged plate-like protrusions adjoin a lateral surfaces of the cylindrical shoulder. A mounting aperture end which adjoins the base has a circumferential cut. The spraying nozzle is provided with an attachment means used when in an inoperative position.

Abstract: An electrostatic spray system includes an electrostatic tool, a spray tip assembly configured to receive a coating material, and an airflow to atomize and charge the coating material, and spray the coating material in an airflow direction. The spray tip assembly includes a first air cap horn having a recess in a first distal surface, a first charging pin disposed within the recess, and a grounded pin coupled to the spray tip assembly. The first charging pin and the grounded pin are configured to produce an electric field that charges the coating material.

Abstract: There is provided a technique that includes: a process chamber in which a substrate is accommodated to be processed; a plurality of quartz gas nozzles configured to supply, into the process chamber, a plurality of process gasses capable of generating reaction products by reacting the plurality of process gasses with each other; an evacuation device configured to evacuate an interior portion of the process chamber; a bypass pipe configured to connect a quartz gas nozzle among the plurality of quartz gas nozzles to the evacuation device; and a coating gas nozzle configured to supply at least one of a silicon-containing gas and an oxidizing gas capable of forming a SiO2 coating film inside the quartz gas nozzle connected to the evacuation device in a state in which the inside of the quartz gas nozzle connected to the evacuation device is evacuated by the evacuation device.

Abstract: A nozzle arrangement for a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, has at least one paint nozzle and an air cap. The paint nozzle has at least one outlet opening for the material to be sprayed and the air cap has at least one central opening which is bounded by at least one wall. The at least one wall forms a gap with at least one part of the paint nozzle, and a forward part of the paint nozzle has at least an inner face, an outer face and an end face. The end face of the paint nozzle encloses, at least in certain regions, an angle of greater than 90° or an angle of less than 90° with an outer face or an inner face of the paint nozzle. In the nozzle arrangements, the back-pressure counter to the outflow of the material to be sprayed is lower than in prior art nozzles. A spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, having such a nozzle arrangement is also disclosed.

Abstract: A shower head (40) has a passageway for a flow of pressurized air from a pressurized air supply, via a Venturi (48) having a convergent portion (46), throat (50) and divergent portion (52), to a shower discharge opening (56), and a passageway (58) for a flow of water from a water supply to a water discharge opening (60) in the Venturi. The Venturi is such that, in use, the general direction of the flow of air is turned through a substantial angle in the Venturi. This folding of the Venturi enables a compact configuration of shower head to be provided.
