    Abstract: Provided is a rotating spray device for a lubricant, wherein the rotating driving mechanism rotates to drive the rotating spindle, and the rotating spindle drives the upper and lower rotating spray trays to rotate, and compressed air and a lubricant are respectively fed into each pitch circle closed cavity formed between each of the rotating spray trays and the spray tray main body, and then are sprayed out through the nozzles on the rotating spray trays for uniform spray coating. The device can spray the same and uniform dosage of the lubricant to the working surfaces of the maximum pitch circles of upper and lower dies, play a role of uniform forging lubrication and reduce the forging defects.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate generally to disinfection and, more particularly, to methods, devices, and systems for disinfection of a space. In one embodiment, the invention provides a disinfecting system comprising: a disinfecting composition; and a device for producing a fog of the disinfecting composition, the fog comprising liquid droplets having diameters between about 0.5 micron and about 20 microns. In some embodiments, the invention includes a dehumidifying device for removing the fog of the disinfecting composition from the space.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an ultrasonic spray coating system wherein (1) the surface of the feed blade of the ultrasonic spray head has been modified to add a series shallow channels to redirect the ultrasonic surface wave system that exists on the surface; (2) the internal passageway of the liquid applicator has been modified to add a series of channels to uniformly feed the liquid from the liquid applicator to the spray-forming tip; (3) a positive displacement pump is utilized to deliver the liquid to the spray head at a precise flow rate independent of the associated resistances of the liquid delivery system components; and (4) the gas entrainment system has been improved so as to expand the ultrasonically produced spray uniformly and without pulsations.

    Abstract: An air-cap nozzle 103b for discharging an atomising air jet 101b for atomising paint from a spray gun, the air cap nozzle comprising a tip surface having an atomizing air outlet 100b and a rim region 102b surrounding the outlet. The rim region 102b comprises a continuous serrated portion formed by a plurality of protrusions 104 that protrude axially outward from the rim region 100b of the tip surface. The protrusions 104 are separated by valleys 105 configured to permit entrainment of ambient air by the atomising air jet 101b, the entrained ambient air being drawn through the valleys. The permitted entrainment provides mixing between the entrained ambient air and the atomising air jet 101b.

    Abstract: A spray gun nozzle may include a main body, and a spray hole is formed at a front end thereof. A tapered cylindrical guiding surface having gradually wider diameter from rear to front is extended forwardly from the spray hole, and the inclined angle of the guiding surface with respect to the spray hole is between 45 degrees and 75 degrees. A plurality of air grooves having U-shaped cross-section are formed on the outer periphery of the front end of the main body axially extending from a front end of the guiding surface, and the air grooves are spaced apart with the same interval. With the air grooves on the front end of the main body having the fixed groove diameter, the flow rate of the high-pressure airflow passing through the air groove is consistent.
