Abstract: In one example, a liquid mixture nozzle for flowing a liquid mixture therethrough includes a body having a flow inlet and a flow outlet. The flow inlet is configured to couple to a first piece of piping and the flow outlet is configured to couple to a second piece of piping. The liquid mixture nozzle also includes a converging section having a decreasing diameter positioned adjacent the flow inlet, an orifice positioned at a narrow end of the converging section, an intermediate section having a constant diameter positioned adjacent the orifice, a diverging section having an increasing diameter positioned adjacent the intermediate section and the flow outlet.

The device can spray the same and uniform dosage of the lubricant to the working surfaces of the maximum pitch circles of upper and lower dies, play a role of uniform forging lubrication and reduce the forging defects.

Abstract: A device and process for applying a quick dry rapid set aqueous solution. An indicator of a selected color and composition is added to an accelerator to be applied along with a resin. The tinted color indicator is typically blue and allows the user to determine if the proper mixture is being applied. The indicator is visible only during application and disappears after application. The resin and accelerator are applied using an airless spray mechanism with delivery systems and spray gun. The spray gun has 2 nozzles and the capability to set the angle between the nozzles.

Abstract: An atomizing spray nozzle device includes plural inlets that receive different phases of materials of a coating. The device also includes an atomizing zone housing portion fluidly coupled with the inlets and shaped to mix the different phases of the materials into a mixed phase slurry. The device also includes a plenum housing portion fluidly coupled with the atomizing housing portion along the center axis of the device. The plenum housing portion includes an interior plenum that is elongated along the center axis of the device. The plenum is configured to receive the mixed phase slurry from the atomizing zone. The device also includes one or more delivery nozzles fluidly coupled with the plenum. The one or more delivery nozzles provide one or more outlets from which the mixed phase slurry is delivered onto one or more surfaces of a target object as a coating on the target object.

Abstract: An atomizing spray device includes a housing having plural inlets and one or more outlets fluidly coupled with each other by an interior chamber. The inlets include a first inlet shaped to receive a first fluid and a second inlet shaped to receive a slurry of ceramic particles and a second fluid. The interior chamber in the housing is shaped to mix the first fluid received via the first inlet with the slurry received via the second inlet inside the housing to form a mixture in a location between the inlets and the one or more outlets. The interior chamber in the housing also is shaped to direct the mixture formed inside the housing as droplets outside of the housing via the one or more outlets such that, based on a discharged amount of the first fluid in the droplets, the first fluid promotes evaporation of the second fluid as the droplets traverse from the housing toward a surface of a component.

Abstract: An aerosol spray gun that holds an aerosol can to aid in dispensing it's contents. A main arm inside the body has a trigger on a rear side of a main pivot and on a forward side has tab and a forward pivot. A nozzle assembly with an open center is at a forward side of the body. The aerosol spray and fan-forced air pass through the open center during dispensing. When the trigger is pulled the main arm articulates about the main pivot causing the forward side of the main arm to move down simultaneously pressing the valve on the aerosol can down and moving the nozzle assembly down so that the aerosol spray and the open center of the nozzle assembly always remain concentric.
